My account has been restricted from betting on boosts or promotions
(Basically I have won a few bets ) so now I’m not entitled to any of their offers.

Account ineligible for Promotions without justification
I infrequently use Boyle Sports but tend to place a couple of bets during major tournaments. I placed a £20 bet as part of a WC promotion where I should’ve received a £5 free bet every time my team won. After not receiving an expected free bet, I contacted Customer Services to clarify and they confirmed that my account had been made ineligible to receive Special Offers or Promotions by the “Trading Department”, without any communication or justification. Boyle Sports still advertised Special Offers to me and allowed me to bet on one and have still not given justification as to why they made the decision. The only positive is that the customer service team replied to me, but overall I’ll never use Boyle Sports again as they’ve acted disingenuously and lost my trust.

Did not receive welcome offer
Did not receive welcome offer of £40 in free bets. Apparently due to 'using a shared affiliate link'. The link landed on the offer page and allowed you to sign up. It's unreasonable to expect a member of the public to understand the nuances of links and affiliate marketing and decline a welcome offer on that basis. I have closed my account and won't be using them again.

You went wrong that's what,, I was betting on you mobile app for 50 months you said and now I'm not. I sent on your request statements then you eventually responded and said I need to send that again only pdf then that wasn't enough you go on to ask for my other empty account where I receive my monthly income. Which goes by me into another account you know of which I transfer bet for a sport you have on your betting app. Do you recall you want only the statements that are from the bank I use to place bets . I know this is not going to mend the trust any more as you have stopped my account before I did You did that. I am upset with also the customer service manager Leon as he was being pleasant as he could knowing he was finger on the button to kill my activity as you know you had a winner most of the bets I did . So that's what all the fuss and concerns you had, Where do I get the money to bet Leon asked, knowing full well I would have got it with the winning bets .

Slow payout, poor customer service
Slow payout, poor customer service (was waiting on chat for 2hr before an agent joined), odds aren’t competitive. Just lots of negatives but the icing on the cake that made me delete my account is not honouring BOG on a horse race when the bet was placed at 7:50am when their cutoff is 8am. On ROYAL ASCOT of all events.
The difference? £35… for a £300m+ turnover company to not do a bit of good customer service when I’ve spend thousands with them
Well, jokes on them, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
