Ordered the chair for one of my sons Christmas presents. Really speedy delivery. Easy to assemble and got a response in 48 hours when I raised a support query. Haven't tried the chair out, however I know my son will love it.

I don’t even wAnt to give one star or should be zero. I’ve ordered a chair on preorder it’s been in stock serveral times since my order was place but still I have no gaming chair emails ignored phone is never answered. Honestly stay away from this company they are a disgrace !!

I ordered my boys gaming chair for Christmas. Hasn't been opened yet so can't comment on the product itself, but delivery was super super quick.

Recently brought a gaming chair and I have to say the boys stuff website and order process was really good.

Processing and delivery were really quick - evem though they are currently saying there are delays it was fast!

My brazen serpent chair is great, easy to set up. Sound system through the cable or on Bluetooth is really good quality sound. The chair is comfy and easy to relax on. Glad I bought this chair

Angry doesn't start to explain how I feel about this company.
No customer support, even though I've emailed loads of time.
Haven't even shipped after 3 weeks.
Just poor. Don't buy from here.

Chair arrived defective, no sound from one speaker.

Refused to help, due to dispute with a Amazon seller. Attempted 'blackmail' by saying would only help if apologized to there Amazon seller and remove my poor review of his service. Poor review left, due to seller selling a brand new item and expecting me to source replacement part and fit myself despite item bring reported defective on day of delivery.

Item looks nice no doubt about it and is comfy but system pays for sound are low quality, all speakers crackle at low volume.

Brazen, sent over 4 emails never once acknowledging the poor behaviour of the seller, rather insulting myself the purchaser. They claim to offer warranty yet told me it's on gratis basis only which translates to we will help of we feel like it. Worst service I've ever come across. They have lied about Amazon contacting them, as Amazon never contact a 3rd party manufacturer.

Full claim filed with Amazon for refund as Brazen are bullies as are their 3rd party sellers. Basically as long as your item arrived working you are ok, buy you dare complain an they threaten you.

Ordered gaming chair from them, brazen stag, yellow and black one, for sons birthday, he picked it, night before his birthday went to build it, black and white one in box. Could not find any contact details on website to complain. Will not order or recommend this site ever again.

I'M SO SO ANGRY @boysstuff.co.uk because the chair they have sent isnt the 1 we wanted and it also doesn't do as it says the BraZen Scorpio 2.0 Surround Sound Gaming Chair, is no use for me.
I've emailed called to which I've been told someone will be out to collect it!!!!!!!!?
MONTH LATER STILL WAITING ON THEM? DUE TO EXPOSE ON SOCIAL MEDIA HOW BAD THEY ARE.

I purchased a gaming chair from BoysStuff as a Christmas present for my son. On first use my son received a severe electric shock from the plug that was broken. My resulting communication with BoysStuff has been so frustrating and I have never experienced such poor customer service.

I have sent three emails requesting that BoysStuff collect the chair and reimburse me for the cost. BoysStuff have responded by sending to me a new plug which was not what I had requested. I have no confidence in the product and just want to return the product without being out of pocket. I am still waiting for a satisfactory response from BoysStuff!
