Was searching the net for Navilink for my Navient boiler and BPH Sales came up and showed the part in stock - these days one never knows so I called in. I happily talked to a real person who checked for the part and said I would be refunded if they couldn’t ship it within a few days. They did ship within a couple of days and the order tracking was right on. Appreciate the service ! Thanks

The purchase price of the item was good.....HOWEVER, Canada Post NEVER delivered, NEVER left a notification to pick-up item, NADA! I had to track down the item by verifying with several Canada Post outlets in the region and was DAMN lucky to trace the parcel.
USE ANOTHER DELIVERY METHOD, Canada Post is notorious for USELESS and PATHETIC service.
