Product Options - I had a custom built home by a builder…
I had a custom built home by a builder who sadly left much unfinished. My lifebreath was purchased but left not working, wrong vents and without a control panel. BPH sales listened, answered my questions and provided options so I was sure to order the correct panel control for may unit.

A satisfied customer at the end (UPDATED)
BHP prices were competitive, and once shipped the products arrived in a timely manner.
However, BHP seems to struggle when it comes to communicating with their customers. After placing the order and receiving order confirmation message it was radio silence for about a week. Once they did contact me they said they had oversold their inventory. :| A couple days later they had new inventory and sent my unit out. :) About a week after than I received the unit in an undamaged box, but the unit itself was sporting a healthy dent in one of duct mounting collars. :( I've contacted them a couple days ago but like I've not received a response yet... :|
UPDATE: (Rating changed from 3 stars to 4 stars) BHP responded with some several helpful options to deal with the damaged part. Really happy with the resolution.

Prompt service and great prices
I called just before the business opened in the morning and they asked if they could call back in a few minutes. They called promptly and helped complete the purchase and arrange shipping.
The price was the best I could find in Canada.
They also reviewed the order and confirmed the item I was purchasing was appropriate for my needs.
