I cannot recommend Teltec AG based on my experience.
On 26 January 2026, I fully prepaid €11,702.77 for professional video production equipment. More than four months later, the matter remains unresolved.
While a substantial part of the order was delivered, two fully paid items with a total value of €2,350.13 were never supplied:
• Panasonic LUMIX S 24-60mm F2.8 (S-E2460E) – €839.50
• Panasonic LUMIX S PRO 70-200mm F2.8 O.I.S. (S-E70200E) – €1,510.63
What disappoints me most is not only the missing equipment, but the fact that as a customer I was left largely unprotected when the company entered insolvency proceedings. I paid in full, in advance, and in good faith, expecting the order to be completed.
Instead, I have spent months trying to obtain information, documentation and clarification regarding the missing items. The situation has also put at risk a publicly funded investment project for which the equipment was purchased, creating additional administrative and financial uncertainty.
As a customer, I expected clearer communication and a more proactive approach regarding fully paid but undelivered goods. Although part of the order was delivered, paying the full invoice amount and still being left without equipment worth €2,350.13 after more than four months is extremely disappointing.
What I found particularly frustrating was that throughout this period the Teltec webshop remained operational, and the two missing products continued to appear on the website. On several occasions, the Panasonic LUMIX S 24-60mm F2.8 (S-E2460E) and the Panasonic LUMIX S PRO 70-200mm F2.8 O.I.S. (S-E70200E) appeared either as available or with estimated delivery times of approximately 2–4 weeks. As a customer who had already paid in full and was still waiting for these items, this created confusion and raised legitimate questions regarding the actual status of my order and the possibility of completing its delivery.
Another disappointing aspect was that the final insolvency-related documentation was provided exclusively in German. As an international customer who conducted business in English, I found it unreasonable to receive important legal and procedural documents only in German. This created additional difficulties in understanding deadlines, requirements and my rights as a customer, adding further stress and uncertainty to an already challenging situation.
I hope the insolvency administrator and the responsible parties will ultimately provide a fair resolution, but my experience so far has been frustrating and has left me feeling insufficiently protected as a customer.

After trying to steal 1000 euros…
After trying to steal 1000 euros through the insolvency scheme now they are asking me for more money to "settle the account". I have not received any order while the money was taken and now I keep getting emails asking for more money. This company is a complete SCAM.

Unfortunately, cannot recommend
BE extra careful when buying from Teltec. On the 10th of February, the company declared insolvency of funds. DO NOT pay via IBAN transfer, as you will have no protection if issues arise. Always use a credit card backed by your bank (Mastercard/Visa), as this gives you a chance to recover funds—something I unfortunately did not have as I was never given the option from Teltec.
I placed an order in early December 2025 worth over €9,000, which I paid in full upfront via bank transfer. The order was only delivered on the 16th of February 2026, and it was only at that point that I was informed about the company’s insolvency situation.
The delivery itself was incomplete. Three items were missing: two relatively small items (around €300 total) were reportedly out of stock and later cancelled, and a lens kit worth approximately €3,000 was never shipped to me, despite being fully paid for. I was told the company was not permitted by the court to ship certain goods due to the insolvency proceedings.
To retrieve part of my order, I had to arrange my own courier through Jumingo, costing an additional €75, even though I had already paid €140 for shipping in my original order. This added unnecessary cost and logistical effort on my side.
Regarding the remaining items, I was informed they would not be shipped unless I paid for them again at full price, despite already having paid for them months prior. This effectively resulted in a financial loss of approximately €400, excluding the significant time and effort spent chasing updates and resolving issues.
To make matters worse, the official invoice for the fully paid order was only issued on the 9th of March, after weeks of repeated requests—despite this being a basic legal obligation.
Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Customers were not proactively informed about the insolvency, communication was slow and unclear, and I was left to resolve critical parts of the delivery myself.
I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Teltec to proceed with extreme caution, especially in light of their financial situation and how existing orders have been handled.

HOW I GOT MY MONEY BACK
After not receiving the goods or a refund (because of the insolvency), I contacted my bank and resolved the issue via chargeback !
If you find yourself in a similar situation and the seller is unresponsive, you may want to check with your bank or card provider about possible options available to you.
Of course, i wouldn't recommend this seller - terrible experience - lost a bunch of time waiting for some equipment i never got and was stressed out thinking i won't ever get my money back. Thank God the issue was solved, but not with the help of the seller !

Teltec ripped me off
Teltec ripped me off. I paid Teltec over 4000.00 Euro for equipment, and the payment went through the same day that they filed for insolvency, and I get neither the gear nor my money back. But they kept trading, filing for 'historical debt'. So taking money from small operators like me to clear their books. Hiding behind legal tricks, its basically theft.

Due to the company insolvency we have been waiting since November 2025 for our product. They have led us on the whole time pushing back the delivery month on month to then file for insolvency & not give us anything.

Worst Service ever. Cannot recommend
My company bought equipment from Teltec in November 2025, it took over 3 months for them to ship the order and when they did some items were missing. We were told that we have to pay for them again [items+shipping costs] as the companies has applied for insolvency of funds [bankruptcy chapter 11] and there is not way of telling if we will ever recieve the items that we paid for in full including shipping last November. This is honestly the worst experience I've ever had purchasing from a company and it seems we are not the only ones. There has been huge delays and a lot of customers which has remained without their equipment. Meanwhile on social media everything seems business as usual when in reality we did not even get an invoice for our paid order!!!

Bad communication within Teltec
We paid in advance for Blackmagic Design cameras, but for weeks Teltec provided no delivery date. Due to this uncertainty and client pressure, we had no choice but to purchase the same camera elsewhere.
Only after we ordered from another supplier did Teltec suddenly claim the camera was in stock and ready to ship. We then had to make considerable effort to stop the shipment, as we obviously did not need two identical cameras.
After blocking the shipment, Teltec has still not taken clear steps to refund the money we paid in advance. This is not a fair business practice. We shall wait to see until which point they will keep our money with them!
