If you are not German, it is not advisable to buy from this company
Bé, en primer lloc, no estaria gens malament tenir l’opció que la comunicació pogués ser en anglès, en comptes d’haver anar emprant el traductor, perque si tan sols els deixo la resposta en aquesta llengua no estic gaire segur que entenguin.
(First of all, it would be good to have the option that the communication would be in english, instead of needing a translator to understand the questionnaire, because otherwise I’m not sur you would understand if I would have written in the language above.
The Reason: the item never arrived. There was the option to pay a insurance to make sure to have the piece but this would have made to pay around 100.00€ for a small accessory/piece wich costs around 30.00€

Thank you for your feedback, which we do not understand and cannot accept in this way.
Regarding the choice of language: Our store is available in German and English. This can be selected at the top right of every webpage.
Regarding your goods: We will send you a detailed e-mail showing when we have dispatched the goods. You have received a tracking ID from UPS on 11.03.2025 at 17:03 to your E-Mail. You could have seen from this tracking ID that UPS was unable to reach you and that the parcel was in a pick-up store until yesterday. The parcel is now being returned to us. We ask for your understanding that we are not responsible for tracking your shipment. For this purpose, we provide our customers with the tracking data, which has been done successfully in your case.
Regarding the transport insurance: It is not true that we would have asked you for €100 transport insurance for a €30 item. The transport insurance is a percentage and makes up 0.95% of the value of the goods. Accordingly, it would have been 29€ cents for 30€.
We are very sorry that you are dissatisfied, but for the reasons mentioned we cannot understand this and ask you to reconsider your evaluation. We are always happy to help with any queries and can be contacted by phone or email from Monday to Friday.
