Like many recent reviews (between October 2024 and January 2024) that I have just read and in which I recognize my own unacceptable situation, I can no longer recommend this company, which has completely lost all professionalism and honesty.

They do not respond to their customers, even when those customers (like me) have spent several thousand euros with them and ask for a refund of €3,415.56 because I canceled two orders..

Last year, I placed two orders with them on December 2, 2024, for a total amount of €3,415.56. One of the products (a 21-inch Atomos monitor) was marked as "in stock," while the other two items (two DZO Vespid lenses) were supposed to be delivered, according to their indications, 18 days later. Today, ONE MONTH AND 21 DAYS LATER, I have received nothing, and they don’t even bother to reply to me anymore.

One of the items I ordered, which was marked as "in stock" at the time of placing my order—the Atomos Sumo 19SE monitor—is still listed as "immediately in stock"right now. This is a lie since I waited for it for one month and 17 days before officially requesting the cancellation of my two orders and an immediate refund three days ago. They have not even bothered to respond to my official cancellation request or refund request!

A commercial website advertising a product as "in stock" when it is not constitutes deception and a serious violation of three European consumer protection laws, which are punishable by law :

1- Deception about product availability (Article 6 of Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair commercial practices).

2- Failure to respect contractual information (Article 2 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights).
Misleading claims about delivery times (Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU).

3- Deliberately ignoring a customer who has contacted you more than 25 times over nearly two months also violates several European laws and regulations regarding consumer rights.

4- Violation of Article 13 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, which obliges the seller to respond to customers’ requests for refunds and withdrawals within a reasonable time frame.

Under Article 11 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract if the product has not been delivered within the agreed time frame. If the merchant fails to deliver the product within 30 days of the order, the customer has the right to terminate the contract. The withdrawal must occur without cost and without justification from the moment delivery has not taken place within 30 days of the order.

In one of the most recent negative reviews about this site, dated January 13, 2025, their response to Mr. Lukas Mascher states that he can “always cancel his order if it has not been delivered on time” and that he can address this cancellation to their email. I did this, and they did NOT respond... Before my cancellation request, they had ignored 25 of my messages. I have never seen anything like this in my life!

With my case, Teltec has violated three European laws and is currently still violating two laws by refusing to respond to me and by NOT REFUDING MY TWO ORDERS that I have clearly requested to cancel.

As I see that they reply here within two business days while deliberately ignoring my emails, I am asking them one last time here to initiate the refund of my orders (Order 845153 and 845159) this week and return my €3,415.56.

I no longer have any tolerance for disrespect, lack of professionalism, and potentially theft if they continue to ignore my refund request.
