Albeit that I didn’t search alternative companies for quotes, I left all to Stuart who assured me that all was well in hand. However as renewal day approached all seemed to become more frantic and hurried and too close to renewal without the assurance that cover was in place.

We found the whole experience of renewing our liability insurance through BQI an easy task. Katie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and found us an excellent price. Communication was brilliant and documents and any queries answered and dealt with efficiently.
