A very satisfied returning customer
I have purchase two watches from BQ Watches and the whole experience from perusing the impressive selection of watches online, to making an enquiry, through to purchase and secure delivery was exceptional.
Customer service and satisfaction is at the heart of the business and I found the service agent I dealt with to be knowledgable, non pushy and extremely helpful. The watches I purchased (Tag Heuer) were as described, complete with all paperwork and boxes, and I managed to secure a reduction in the advertised price, without affecting the warranty given.
BQ Watches also offer a complete range of additional services - finance, part exchange, servicing etc that really add value to the experience of purchasing a watch from them.
I recommend BQ Watches and will use them for my next purchase.

I've had a couple interactions with BQ…
I've had a couple interactions with BQ Watches. Both times, we didnt complete the deal, purely due to my decision. Once with me wanting to hold onto the watch for longer to see how the market moved, which was a mistake and I should have sold it with BQ at the time! The second time, purely because I received an offer privately that was too good to refuse. On both occasions, BQ have been consummate professionals, understood my position and accepted it with the utmost grace, including, returning my watch to me at their own cost and even refusing to accept payment for its transport given it was my decision to not progress with them. Should I or any of my friends be looking to purchase or sell watches in the future. BQ is the only place we will go.
