Excellent company to do business with
I'm not the easiest customer to deal with when it comes to a purchase of this nature, especially when taking the plunge on line/over the phone.
However, these guys get their rating for a reason.
I can only speak for myself, and my experience, but the watch was as described, the service from Ben was top draw, patient, reassuring and understanding.
One really good thing I liked was he was always getting back to me every step of the way, which provided no end of comfort, especially after payment was made. (Take note Car Dealers)
Payment made at 3pm, watch was with me the following day at lunch time or there abouts.
Always do your own dudiligence, but whatever it comes back with is exactly how this firm operates.
Good old YouTube gives you a good insight too.
There aren't many companies I would personally recommend, but this is definitely one of them.
I will be coming back.

This review is mainly for Nadia. She is the one who was in charge of selling my watches. From the first call with her, she proved to me that she's totally different from all the shops that purchase pre-owned watches in the UK and my home country. She advised me to service them, then sell them through their website for a fair price.
When I met her in person, she was professional, knew her job, filled out my paperwork, and calculated everything for me. The prices were exceptional—more than I expected, even including the services and the commissions for the shop. When I decided to take one watch back and pay for the services, the cost of the service was fair and lower than expected. She explained to me that this was because my other watch was still unsold.
In the luxury watches industry, it is very rare to find a person like Nadia. She is faithful and prove her work ethic through proven actions, not verbally or through fake ads and false promises. Finally, I'm not only wishing her the best because I'm certain that she will achieve something great in the future—not only in terms of making a fortune, but in terms of teaching people how to work with solid morality. At the end of the day, making money is easy, but it is hard to keep, therefore people should learn from Nadia.

Very impressed with BQ Watches. I found them really easy to deal with — responsive and quick with answers to all my questions.
The watch I bought was a used AP, described as being in very good condition. Honestly, that was a conservative description. It was, in fact, like new without a mark on it. They also gave me a great deal on the price.
I think buying from BQ gives you peace of mind because they’re a company with a strong reputation, and in my experience they absolutely lived up to it.
I would without a doubt buy from them again
