Rolex watch
I enquired about a Rolex on Friday at noon and aftr receiving a call back from Ben, I decided to order it around 3:45pm. The watch arrived on Saturday, at 11am, immaculately packaged and as described.
Unfortunately the watch wasn't for me and i returned (at BQ Watches cost) and within 3 hours of the watch being delivered back to them, the refund was back in my account.
Great company and will 100% deal with them again.

I found BQ Watches on Google. When I phoned them I found their staff extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I agreed they would send me a prepaid, pre-insured envelope for my Vintage Louis Cartier Gold Watch and felt confident to send it to them for a valuation. I subsequently sold it for a very fair price. At each step of the process their staff were always professional and most helpfu. I would highly recommend BQ Watches to anyone who has a watch to sell.

Another excellent experience with BQ Watches
I bought a Tudor from BQ Watches, which developed an issue with the crown. When I took it to the official Rolex service in London, the crown repair wasn't covered under their standard terms since that coverage is optional. BQ Watches stepped in and covered the cost of the crown replacement for me. This is something they were under no obligation to do.
This kind of after-sale support is rare and says a lot about how they treat their customers. A special thank you to my client representative Kaylie, who was a huge help throughout the process. Another great experience overall, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
