Found the product I needed really easily.Arrived next day (even though I chose the free delivery) and was also well packed. Would recommend. Lesley

I've bought from this company twice now and don't have any complaints at all. The first order was for my 52" LG for the living room so then I ordered another for a 32" in the bedroom.

Excellent value for money and fast delivery

After spending a while searching various sites online for a TV bracket, i decided to use BracketsUK.com. The range of products available was quite confusing but the bracket finder was very easy to use and led me to the product i needed straight away.

I opted for the economy delivery which is free however, to my amazement, the following day i received a text message from DPD to say my bracket was being delivered between 13:00 and 14:00. Sure enough, it arrived on time.

The product is excellent for the cost (less than £30!) and it's now holding up my TV nicely. Excellent work BracketsUK

I bought a bracket for my 42" LCD TV following their website suggestion tool. The bracket that arrived did not fit the TV - the instructions were awful too.
To make matters worse, they would not allow me to return the bracket for a refund, even though it was mis-sold to me and came with insufficient fixings. My numerous emails were greeted with the same response each time - being outside of their 14 days return policy. No apology and had to push for a solution.
Buy cheap, buy twice! I've learned a lesson. Pay a bit more and get decent service and a decent product

Update:
Wrong unit supplied despite their website recommending exact unit for clearly specified TV. Initially, no response to E-mails for over two weeks.
No phone number to contact.
Resolution: Apology received - staff on holiday - replacement correct unit supplied FOC.
Great outcome in the end but they need to monitor their e-mail or send appropriate holding message.
TV fitted to wall, no problems in the end.

Bracket took 5 days to arrive. Unfortunately the bracket arrived faulty, i emailed them the following day, they responded two days later via email, requesting photos, email sent with photos and now four days have past and not heard anything back.

Please note they do not have a contact number, you can only contact them via email.

I ordered one bracket as a test as i require 50 of these brackets, which i shall be ordering elsewhere.

Will i get a fully working bracket?

Buying from Brackets UK was like having my own Personal Shopper. As this was my first time hanging a TV on the wall, I didn't realise there would be so many things I'd have to consider. Their Customer Service was second to none. Every email I sent was answered by return and in full. Nothing was too much trouble. I now have the correct bracket and am keeping out of the way while my husband hangs the TV in the bedroom! Thank you so much for all your help and if anyone has any doubts about attempting to hang their TV, you won't go wrong with Brackets UK.

Straight forward online ordering, quick and easy, full explanations given for the products, very reasonable prices and brilliant customer service!

Bracket delivered quickly but was faulty. I emailed the company at 8pm on Thursday, received a reply and promise of new bracket on Friday morning. New bracket arrived Sat morning.
Nice to see a company that does what it promises.

Bought a bracket that turned out to be unsuitable. Contacted them via their website email (and phone, though no one answers - just a message machine) and got no reply within the stated time limit. Eventually tracked down the company owner (Dan Patchett) from a Linkedin page and sent him an email. He passed the problem over to a colleague (Nick Newton) to deal with. This seemed to go as it should - an email exchange which resulted in the item being returned via Collect Plus using a label sent from Brackets UK. I tracked the item and it was received, as expected. What I didn't expect was a complete lack of action and, two months down the line, no refund. I've contacted them about this and, surprise, no reply. Obviously this leaves me with no alternative than to pursue it through the SCC.

Beware - a little investigation of these 'gentlemen' might make you think twice before dealing with them. The only reason they got a star is because it's the minimum - they'd get nothing if it were my choice.

I found the bracket finder extremely easy to use. It suggested all the brackets that would fit my TV and made buying it really easy. Delivery arrived next day even though i went with the economy service. Would highly recommend!

If, as I was, you are unsure about whether a product is suitable, you can ask - and actually get helpful and detailed replies.
And when it arrived and the instructions called for a size 13 bit which I didn't own and couldn't find online, they even told me where to get one locally.

Delighted at speed of delivery, well packed, and a quality bracket. I found choosing it very easy, with your helpful website. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company ...all round EXCELLENT service!!

Ordered a simple flat screen bracket, the image on their website showed a locking bar, height adjustment capability and weight limit of 65Kg. I paid extra for next day delivery but did not receive for two days - this was during the Christmas period and may have been down to factors outwith their control. The bracket delivered had a weight limit of 60Kg, no height adjustment and no locking bar, the only means of securing the TV being totally inappropriate given the limited space between TV and wall. An email to the company stating that I had been sent the wrong bracket and asking for the correct replacement has received no response. Given the price of the item I do not intend to pursue the matter but I regret dealing with Brackets UK.

I wanted a bracket that would be ok to use across the corner of a room. I called and they recommended the best bracket for my TV and took my order over the phone. The price included free delivery and fixings. I put it on the free delivery service and it still arrived next day! Very strong bracket and easy to intall, just what I wanted.
