I have ordered from The Bradford…
I have ordered from The Bradford exchange previously a few times and never had any issues.
This time I placed an order on July 3rd with an estimated express delivery date of July 10th.
This time it is July 9th and the order hadn't even shipped yet.
I reached out to customer service online. They mentioned that the order had just been released and would be an additional estimated 5 business days for express shipping.
The customer service agent disconnected the conversation in about minute before I had a chance to respond.
I am very displeased with the shipping and the service this time around. The item is worth about $400 including shipping.
The Bradford Exchange would benefit by better customer service training and potentially looking into their shipping practices if they are starting to slip!

Canada Day earrings
The Canada Day earrings ordered did not arrive in time for Canada Day or a 50th birthday celebration on July 1st. Emails were received with order confirmation and updates to packaging and eventually shipping. Whether I did not read all the information I did not know how they were being shipped - courier or Canada Post (which it was).
