When the item is expensive, do you have to tack on another $20. The items are always very nice, but the extra money is high.

I ordered the southwest turquoise
I ordered the southwest turquoise. Received it after almost 2 weeks, so disappointing the necklace is broken from the neck of the lock even if its not broken the necklace will not fit the hole in the pendant as it is so small. Feels like it was intentionally sent with broken necklace so it could fit the pendant. I called them no one answered and I requested call back but did not receive a call. I have a picture but there is no way to upload here. I will return it and cancell the subscription for a complete set.

U charge too much for shipping. I ordered a small cross body bag and u charge $20 for something that weighs less than 2lbs this will be my last order with you!
