When the item is expensive, do you have to tack on another $20. The items are always very nice, but the extra money is high.

Scammed
I ordered what I thought was a collection of 3 Nightmare before Christmas candles. The total after express shipping and taxes was $90.39 which I felt was expensive. I received only 1 candle in the mail so I called and they told me it was a subscription and I would receive the next 2 candles every 28 days AND also be charged $90 each time. I feel like I have been bait and switched. The $90 for all 3 candles felt like alot, but $270 for all 3 is insane. I cancelled my "subscription" immediately. I feel like this tactic is used to scam older people into paying much more than what they thought. I might even cancel my credit card to ensure I dont get charged again. I will never buy from the Bradford Exhange again and definitely would not recommend to anyone.

My bank account was charged twice for…
My bank account was charged twice for an item and I asked customer support for help. They said that one charge would fall off and that it was only a pre-authorization. It has been over a month and a half and both charges are still on my bank statement. I need to receive compensation for this error on your part. I will never shop with this company again.
