Overall very positive
Good communication re delivery. Friendly/ and efficient driver. Website very clear and well organised. Prices competitive. Good selection of products.
One criticism — to get trade membership you have to bring completed form into branch. Seems to me there should be online accounts where people shopping the website can register without a branch visit.
