Easy to order products online.
Had to phone as I hadn’t heard when delivery would be and agreed it would be next day.
Driver arrived on time, helped unloading. Very pleasant guy.
Products are fine, prices okay ( everything is expensive these days!).

Had a fence panel and post delivered
Had a fence panel and post delivered, my girlfriend was at home on her own . The delivery guys would not bring the items through the house unsure why and they left items in my front garden and had to be left there all day as I was at work.
I don’t know why 2 guys couldn’t carry it through the house. I had to do it on my own.

Am I just unlucky?
The online ordering system is not very good. I ordered some products online, selected to collect them, called the branch to check opening times. Went to collect the items. The branch had no knowledge of my order. They tried every way the could to sort it out, checked the computer system, called Managers, Head Office, my order did not exist, even though they could see my confirmation email and my payment. Had to buy the items twice, and then got a refund for the online order three days later. The staff at the branch were brilliant, the online order system was useless in my case.
Visit the local branch they work!

Ordered online Wednesday evening I received a courtesy call Friday to confirm my order and was advised delivery Monday The team at Ilminster went out of there way to delivery for Friday great service thanks I will definitely use again for my next DIY project and I appreciate the order being checked as I ordered red sand which is not the norm

A bit slow but good quality
Ordered online on a Tuesday night expecting it to hopefully arrive before the weekend after chasing it on Thursday as had nothing other than the confirmation email was told it wasn’t on there list within ten minutes they rang back to say it had gone to Taunton branch but would transfer back to Ilminster arrived on Wednesday 7 days after ordering so a bit let down on delivery time but very good price and products
