This review is dedicated to Paul in Customer Service/Sales at the Weston-super-Mare Branch. He helped me twice recently by quickly sorting out my last two orders. He was able to work out precisely the exact amount of gravel needed for my large number of gravel trays. With my second order, suggested I change my concrete slabs I’d ordered to a more heavy-duty spec for the front of my new drive as the previous one’s I’d used had broken due to heavy car use? To sum up: Paul is extremely helpful, very knowledgable, good natured and loaded up my car too! He is a credit to the company and I look forward to discussing my next order with him.
