Shaun was on time and very polite and endeavoured to off load my delivery as close as he could to make my job easier. Shifting 1000litres of topsoil approx 20 metres and up 3 lots of steps was rather daunting so I appreciated his consideration. Plus the price was great.

oak sleepers quality issues
I bought three dozen oak sleepers. going down the stack , three were found too split to be useful at their full length. I'm surprised they were allowed out the yard.

No point doing click and collect
Edit "Thankyou for taking the time to phone and explain why my particular lengths weren't provided. Your customer service for complaints gets the edit."
Did click and collect to make it easier. Received a message saying my order of 3x2.1m lengths of timber were ready,but when I arrived I was presented with 3 x 3.6 lengths and had to cut them to fit in the van myself.
