Delivery service time can take 7 days or longer if you don't chase up your order.
I've placed an order of posts ,fence panels,concrete on 23 .06. 26 and expected to be delivered 2/3 working days as it said on the confirmation email order , with no response from them I've sent an email and also went in the nearest store wich is 2 mins walk from home ...eventually I had my delivery on 30.06.26. with four out of ten bags of concrete mix damaged. With all my time wasted this is very disappointing.

Bradfords St Austell go the extra mile.
Bradfords St Austell is a fantastic branch.
They are always so helpful and welcoming.
They go the extra mile in their customer service, which really unusual for building merchants. They will always be my first choice , even though I work for a competitor of theirs.

Delivery time wrong on site
I ordered my items and on your site it is saying next day delivery, because I orded on Sunday I thought it might come on Tuesday. Called them up and the man said it will be Thursday and I did leave a message on your phone. I said you did not leave any messages on my phone, because I am checking now. Really didnt say sorry or nothing. This is an inconvenience to me, knowing you say one thing on site and deliver another time is not right, you should state the delivery can take up to four to five days. Very disappointed.

The click and collect option works very well indeed. Following a simple selection, order and payment process buying any items on the company website couldn't be easier. The staff are friendly and helpful.
