Be careful: Scammy renewal policy
Be careful, and cancel auto renewal on the first day of your plan. Brain.fm are renewing plans without sending a mere reminder before (which is yet a broadly enforced market practice in the industry). And then, they refuse to cancel accidental renewals.
That’s the exact definition of a scam.
Been a customer for years
Been a customer for years. Love the product. And great to see a steady stream of feature releases.
This is scam
This is scam. I can't cancel my subscription. I click and click and nothing happens. I can't delete the account, cause my sub is active. And they're trying to charge again and again. Fortunately I've already reported them as scammers to my bank.
Great service
Very nice product and great customer service.
They responded to my request very fast, and gave me an update as well on what I requested!
Very useful
Very useful, I use it mainly for meditation and focus. Have used it for years.

Great responsiveness in customer service. Great product.
I love Brain.Fm, and they really kept the promise
Great, great, great! I've been listening to Brain.Fm for about 10 months now and I could not be happier.
I think this is my first review ever on TrustPilot. I cared about writing it because they fully deserved it.
I'm a copywriter and Brain.Fm has seriously helped me stay focused while working.
Nonetheless, the better, longer focus was a big plus to my strategic and creative output :)
Thank you.
Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company! I'vep ut my card and it says membership expired. I contact the support, tell them abotu it and they say I have activated the free trial. Well good for them, they know how to read their backend on charges. However on the front end my account says subscription expired. They are wasting my time and now they ask about my 4 digits number to cancel my membership. They do everything not to cancel your subscription.
Brilliant. Well worth the money!
I adore this. I have always struggled with focus and anxiety about getting things done. It really helped me achieve my PhD, and now it helps me write books for a living. I have absolutely no idea how it works, but it does. It's also helped get rid of headaches in the past too. Well worth the money.
Brain.fm helps me a lot to concentrate
Brain.fm helps me a lot to concentrate. I love the moment when the deep focus really kicks in and i never had that with regular chill-out sounds, coffee lounge or other slow music channels.
Can highly recommend it and will stay as a subscriber for sure.
Always had issues with concentration…
Always had issues with concentration and procrastination - Brain.fm is helping me solve this problem i've been dealing with forever - absolutely love it!
I use Brain.fm regularly
I really like Brain.fm and use it regularly on my noise reduction headphones, when I am sat in coffee shops or on public transport. I do find it works, which is why I keep using it. There are a few tweaks I'd love to see, such as it defaulting to my chosen length of time each time I use it as I tend to go for 30 minute time slots, but that is only a small thing. Also, seems to be run by nice people, as on the odd occasion I've messaged them I've had nice replies back.
I simply hate the music reverberating in my ears
I simply hate the music-all of the music has this wierd reverberating sound which is just unbearable. Complete waste. Gives me a headache 100% of the time. Nice idea, ordinary execution
Well Worth the Money!
I've had Brain.fm for a couple of years now and I absolutely love it! I use it to focus on my writing, and I also use it for meditation. I like that there's both a website and an app for it.
Fantastic service (1 year+ plus daily experience)
Brain.fm is an absolutely fantastic service - from Work/Study to relaxation/meditation and even sleep, I use it several times a day to help me get my mind in the zone for whatever I'm trying to achieve.
I especially use it for Work and Study and can certainly vouch for the benefits that it brings. I find it much easier to get into the flow state, which makes me many times more focussed and ultimately, more productive.
10/10. Would recommend this to absolutely everybody, because it can apply to every single person in one or several ways. This has been a game changer for me!
Awesome company
Awesome company! But please keep creating new music. I genuinely thought this stuff was written by Aphex Twin / Board of Canada when I first heard it, which is a huge compliment! Please keep the music coming. However, more regular fresh content would be amazing.
So far so good
So far so good
I can't really tell if the brain.fm music has that almost-magical effect that people seem to describe on web reviews
However, it keep using it every day just because there are themes for all moments: relaxing, meditating, sleeping, working... and moods: fast-paced to wake up, strong beats when focusing, more melodic when I need a mood boost and more neutral when I just want to escape from noises: it has become a habit...
I still use Youtube sometimes looking for "energetic/strong classical music" or "instrumental music" or just "chill out, happy, etc..." but that has the risk of ending up procrastinating while I find the right music... with Brain.fm, at least I know exactly what I get and where :)
