Refund

I've asked for a refund, not only they have refunded me entirely, I also kept the monthly subscription for the remaining period. Customer service top notch.

Great customer service

I recently used Brainmanager to help my granddaughter investigate choosing a future career path. After a mix up on my part I contacted the company and my problem was sorted out very promptly. The customer service and understanding that they showed was very impressive.
