Brilliant company

My neighbour alerted me late Friday afternoon just before close of business that my rear tyre was completely flat. I called Braiswick tyres as I knew they had a call out service and was able to book a roadside tyre change/replacement for 9am on Saturday morning.
I always use this company, brilliant service and customer care. Special mention to Leon who arrived promptly at 9 am and just cracked on with the fitting of the new tyre, taking him only 25 mins . Prices are very reasonable and they wild fit a tyre while you wait in an emergency. Amazing

Great company, great service


Thanks to the shocking state of the roads locally I've now had three pothole-related punctures in 18 months compared to none in the previous 48 years of driving. The guys at Braiswick are a model of friendly and efficient service and have even offered extremely useful advice on other vehicle problems that the vehicle dealership couldn't match. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I'd bet that their customer service mentality comes from a company spirit rather than any sort of lip service or training courses. A real pleasure to buy from even when the circumstances are hardly what you'd call pleasurable.
