I am really pleased with my trainers but I'm really pleased with the excellent customer service I received. There was a delay with my delivery due to an issue with my house number being missed off the delivery. There was then a postal strike but Brand X paid for a DPD delivery so that I still received my trainers for when I needed them.

They sold me a defective pair of rugby boots which were defective, after 2 matches it started to peel off, I have sent them pictures of it, confirming the item was barely worn, so clearly a defect and they refused to help, I don't recommend Brand X, if you have any problem with the product you bought from them you will lose your money.

I was very sceptical at first because I couldn’t see any reviews that said it was good or bad but then I just bought it arrived in two days and they were a bit big so I would recommend to get the size lower than you because they are massive but all in all experience it was amazing I would definitely recommend

Placed an order with standard delivery and the product arrived less than 24 hours after placing my order. Cant fault that!

2nd order as 1st arrived as expected. So made another with more items. Wish I’d quit whilst I was ahead. 2nd order delivered somewhere (not to me) no card or details. Customer ‘non’ service were less than useless. Provided a photo of a delivery to a black door, no number or details with the picture of a black resident who certainly is not me. The company taking no responsibility and asked me to go knocking doors as there is nothing they can do as the items have been delivered. Unacceptable please use a reputable company who fulfill their orders. I’ve no real words to describe the lack of customer service. In the space of 30 seconds I was given 3 different reasons for not being able to speak to the manager each unrelated and obvious lies. Save yourself some money and lots of agro

They were prompt, but my experience was very poor. They blame the client for their mistakes. I'm significantly out of pocket, I've been insulted and my valuable time has been wasted. Never again. Avoid, there are excellent suppliers out there, no room for this bunch.

Trainers are perfect - out of stock everywhere else and so reasonably priced! Also, I chose standard instead of next day delivery at checkout by mistake. I emailed them and their customer service couldn’t have been better. They responded immediately and sorted next day delivery for me. Really great experience, thank you so much!

This has to be the single best retailer I have ever dealt with. I screwed up my delivery address, they fixed it within an hour of my request. I had questions about the shipment, they answered me within minutes about the shipping (late because of bank weekend). Then I got a note that they were out for shipping so I asked about the tracking number. Within MINUTES I got an EXACT reply with ALL the details I required. I was still confused, so I sent another mail. 2 minutes later I get a response telling me EXACTLY what to do.

I have never come across a retailer that is so helpful. Plus their products are amazing and well priced. I mean I got a pair of Jordans for 50% off. And they are FLASH! Jordan Horizons.

I don’t know everything they sell, but every pair of shoes I buy now will be through brand x!

Read a few negative reviews nearly put me off, but I'm glad it didn't. Trainers arrived quickly and were a great price in comparison to other stores. No concerns (as read) about their authenticity. Unfortunately, they were too small, so I had to return them. I contacted them via email as the box was damaged during transit and didn't want them to have any reason to not refund me. They quickly responded and reassured me they would note this on my order. 2 days after posting, my return was received and processed. Great service. I won't hesitate to make further purchases with them.

Received box so damaged it was nearly falling apart. Shoes unfortunately didn't fit so planned to send back but had to isolate due to covid, returned late but they aren't interested in helping even if you do tell them you had covid.

I did look at the reviews before purchasing, and real contrasts - but as it was less than £30, decided to take a chance.
I got the trainers I wanted (had seen someone wearing them & thought they were fab) at about 25% of the RRP.
I ordered the weekend before Christmas and they arrived well packaged and perfect on Wednesday morning - so huge thank you to Royal Mail too.
