Kept informed and help with correct sizing

Absolutely fantastic to dealing with this company, order placed and delivery was the next day. The boots are just as good I’ve used and other brand for the last 15 years I made the change and at this point glad I did, the true test is time, I am sure that these will not let me down.

From the point of ordering and receiving was really quick and I was kept updated on the process

I bought my boots knowing I probably won’t ever use them in the way they were designed to, however what I can say, they are comfortable out of the box, warm in cold weather, I have walked in them for a few hours at a time with no issues, cleaning is a pleasure . I was nervous spending this much money on a pair of boots but now feel comfortable with the quality and longevity claims.

First, the shoes are absolutely great. Second, when I THOUGHT I had a problem with a shoe and emailed Brandecosse for assistance, I received an immediate response and, as it turned out, I had no real problem. I am a fan for life of these shoes.

I’ve been wearing the Brandecosse Cervo Rossa boots for beating and I’m really impressed. They did need a bit of breaking in at first, but once they’d softened they are extremely comfortable. They feel solid and well made, give excellent grip and support. I can wear them all day without any issues. A tough, reliable boot that does exactly what it’s meant to do and looks the part too. Everyone asks me about them.

I haven’t tried the boots yet so this isn’t about the boots but the service was great and fast

I’ve spent years in the armed forces and most of my working life on my feet, I was a bit nervous about buying these boots without trying them on. However a week in the boots fit like slippers and I'm very impressed with the quality. If you are looking for boots buy these!
