Great customer service. Kept me informed about delivery times and the treadmill arrived 1 month earlier than I thought it was going to. Have used a few times so far and it works great; plenty of programmes to use and speed/incline range is more than enough for me. Expect to use a lot more over the winter.

I recently bought a treadmill from Branxfitness. Great product and excellent quality. The company are one of the best I have dealt with - both pre-delivery and follow up support for any queries. A real customer focused company which has confidence in its products.

Great treadmill. Outstanding customer service even during lockdown!

Early days yet (we’ve had our Elite Runner Pro about a week) but so far great. Expensive but we chose this over cheaper models owing to the 6.5 Hp motor which should out-perform any smaller motor (1.5-2.0 Hp) and last a long time. I believe components are German-made. Treadmill seems well-designed - has a pretty intuitive screen with all the key functions to hand. Can pause a run and resume. Can connect Bluetooth so play music directly (or plug in a USB to play WAV files). Folds up. Can reach about 21 km/h although I won’t get anywhere near that! We got the mat too to protect the wood floor and minimise vibration.

Assembled it today and my wife and I have done our first runs on it. First impression is that it is a great piece of kit at a fair price. I have already rung and texted several times With some dumb questions and the service has been outstanding. Peter even answered my text on a Saturday morning when about to go out with his family! Seriously, I can’t praise the Company enough. Time will tell about the reliability of the machine but I will post another review in due course, good or bad.

Just received my treadmill and after 1 good run on there it’s obvious that it’s leagues above my old one the actual running base is first class quality it feels like I’m running on air after the thud thud thud of the old machine which is great for my back and knees

My first purchase 4 years ago with Branx and received outstanding service from them, the help throughout was amazing, from purchase to delivery. Communication was consistent and immediate too. Very happy with my treadmill, seriously doesn't compare to other named brands out there, I have trained for marathons and ultra marathons on it, got me through all the miles, covered all the aspects I needed and more.

Elliptical Trainer

I purchased an elliptical trainer from Branxfitness in March and I'm delighted with the product.

The team at Branxfitness were absolutely fantastic not only in terms of organising delivery but also to answering any after sales queries I had and I could not recommend them more highly.

A month after receiving my Treadmill i have nothing but praise for the product which is robust and help me to get precisely what i need from mt personal fitness regime

I would like to make a special reference re Branx Customer Services which was over and beyond my expectations at the time of ordering and delivery when C19 created such extraordinary challenges.

I bought the Elite Run Pro treadmill for my family after extensive research and after reading every possible review out there - for more than a month! I'm glad to say I have made the right decision.
This treadmill is not cheap but you get what you paid for; top quality with a solid build. The treadmill has the same build quality and offers the same running comfort/experience - if not better - as those treadmills you find in high-end gyms. The treadmill is also very easy to use.
I've had the pleasure of dealing with Peter who helped me resolve a minor issue at record speed. The after-sales support offered by Peter was impeccable and very professional. You will notice that from the first instance you speak with Peter. Thank you Peter!

I have owned the Branx cardio pro for approximately 3 weeks and using it 3-4 times a week in an attempt to get fitter after giving up work.
Delivery was smooth with the treadmill arriving at the agreed time and the delivery men leaving it in the room required,assembly was straight forward just follow the instructions.I have had no problems in the time i have been using the treadmill,It is robust and appears to be well built, in operation it is quiet the only noise being the impact of your feet, I use the treadmill in manual mode changing the speed and incline from the controls on the handrail i find this suits me better than using the programs the controls on the console are intuitive and operate smoothly with enough information regarding there use given in the manual, if i have one minor criticism it is that the section in the manual covering the use of the programs could be more extensive but as i am using the machine on manual this is not a concern for me and any further information would no doubt be provided by the very responsive customer care team at Branx.
I can only say that my experience with Branx has been 100% positive and i am happy to recommend them .

I've had this over a year and it's been great, but the reason you should be buying from Branx Fitness is the quality of the customer service. I had a minor fault, which Peter diagnosed over the phone, sent me a spare part free of charge, and talked me through rebooting the runner on a Saturday afternoon while out with his family. You can't take service more seriously than that.
Five stars and then some.

Just bought the elite runner pro treadmill and its brilliant. Very quiet, very smooth and all the fitness data info that i need. The width of the running surface is excellent as is the shock absorbtion. Technical support has been first class and Branx are happy to discuss everything and more to do with the machine or fitness in general. I would totally recommend buying from this company and this machine as well.

Superb quality product backed up by fantastic customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, they answered all my questions, kept me up to date with my delivery, really impressive company who clearly put their customers needs first. Highly recommended.
