We purchased their treadmill 2 years ago and just fallen out of warranty. My dad's favourite piece of gym equipment. Speaking to their experienced engineer Peter - we worked together and figured out the main circuit board needed replacing. Given my circumstances they gave me a discounted price on the new board and got the machine up and running again within a week at a fraction of what it would have cost had I needed an engineer come out. Felt very well taken care of, customer service that you rarely see from any company anymore these days. Highly recommend them.

My Elite Run Pro folding treadmill arrived just over a month ago. I have used it myself for one hour every day and my son has done some work on it. I alternate my training, one day I do a hill walk at various inclines and the next I run for an hour. What an excellent treadmill this is. Dealing with the office staff is a pleasure as well. Top product, top company.

I have recently purchased the Elite Runner Pro from Branx Fitness. I had several queries answered promptly by email and a follow up phone call.

Delivery and installation completed without a hitch and such great service.

Just had my first run on the machine and it was all I expected it to be and more. So glad I read all the recommendations on running websites and customer feedback. Now all I have to do is get faster!!

Did a lot of research in to buying a Running Machine... And this one by far is the closest you will get to the quality and spec of the ones you find in the gym.

Fantastic quality, perfect length running belt for 5ft 8 upwards so you don't end up shortening your stride which would have impact on your technique and also joints, excellent inclines, haven't used the programmes yet as I'm currently recovering from surgery so unable to use it but my 14 year old son who the machine was bought for also is a sprinter, 5ft 8 and still growing hasn't touched on the programs yet but has been using it everyday since it was put together a week ago.... Perfect for his training and he is loving It! Great shock absorbing, haven't used the Bluetooth yet as he runs with ear buds, fan is not very powerful but it makes no difference what's so ever as he opens the window.... Good old fresh air! The belt runs smoothly, very quite apart from the sound of your foot coming down, easy to use.... And definitely my best purchase by far and worth every penny.

He puts the incline to 1%-2% as my opinion only and what I've been adviced from other people is that it better mimics outdoor running and is also better for your knees.
We lubricated the belt before first use as we were adviced by BRANXS as the changes in temp when being delivered causes the lubricant to dry out... Which it had.

Customer service is the best I have ever experienced in my 44 years.... Helpful, thorough and informative through every step from purchase, packing, leaving them, delivery and aftercare support... Nothing is to much trouble for the team. 101% care from them at all times x

The Running machine is upstairs in our house... It took 2 fairly strong people to lift it up the stairs step by step and slide it along the hallway to the gym room... Yes it's heavy but it's definitely doable. It's extremely well packaged and comes 95% put together... It even came with a free gift also x I am the DIY lover in the house but due to me being in plaster non weight-bearing my partner who bless his heart is absolutely NOT a DIY person was able to put it together...(unpackaged and put together in the room) Only a few screws... Very, very easy 30 min job and it's good to go 😊

The only thing I can hear downstairs is my sons feet coming down on the belt and the beeping of the speed changes so all in all considering he is running above my head it's remarkably quite, more so when it is on the incline.

I'm looking forward to going on it once I've recovered and decorating the room which is on hold till I'm mobile again 😊

Have been really pleased with a solid running machine since purchase. Had a problem recently which customer service diagnosed, sent me a replacement part (free despite being out of warranty) which was pretty easy to fit with their instructions and it is all sorted now. Top service company.

I have to agree with Lee B. "I doubt you'll find a firm that's as dedicated to making sure you get the best experience possible with their machines." I purchased a BF-ER-5088S-TR Treadmill from Branx in February 2018. Last week, (Sept 2019) I reported a small defect with the runners. Within a week the replacement runners were delivered, which were easy to install. My wife and I use the treadmill every day, so it gets a pretty good amount of use.
I'm astonished at the truly unbelievable customer service.

Branx Fitness Cardio pro Treadmill

I purchased the Cardio Pro model in June 2019.
Superb piece of kit;in my opinion, in the price range,nothing comes close to matching the Branx product.
Substantial motor,excellent controls & solid stable frame.
The customer service is brilliant.
This Company could teach the High Street a lot regarding how to support customers.

Great service, started with an out of warranty repair/replacement which didn’t work out so money returned same day and decided on replacing with a refurbished same model. Every phone call and text replied with friendly helpful advice. Couldn’t have wished for better

I recently bought an Elite Runner Pro treadmill from Branx Fitness and could not be happier with the product AND the customer service. They were a pleasure to deal with. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them from purchase, delivery and installation. Delivery was super fast (the next day in fact) and I was also given good warning when the delivery was due. The engineer who delivered and set up the treadmill was simply fantastic. He took time out to explain everything to me in detail, gave me numerous tips and advise...and was just a pleasure to deal with. I would certainly have no problem in using them again and would recommend anyone do to the same.

I purchased a Branx Fitness Elite Runner Pro Treadmill and cannot fault the customer service. Excellent communication from Rachel and a swift response to queries.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quite reasonable shipping cost to the Isle of Man.
It was no problem to assemble the treadmill by myself although the small side panels are annoyingly fiddly.
I can recommend them to other potential purchasers.

Great customer care from Rachel. Explained to me how their treadmills differ from other brands. Organised shipment to Northern Ireland and it arrived the following day. Treadmill looks very robust with lots of features.

They don't mention on their website that they don't ship to Ireland although on their website you can select Ireland and even the County you want the item delivered to and it says free shipping.

The only way I found out it doesn't ship to Ireland was to ring their help number after the payment failed. The excuse the rep on the end of the phone used was they couldn't find any couriers that shipped to Ireland. However, I was able to source a courier that could deliver a treadmill from the UK to Ireland; it took me less than 2 minutes of Googling.

They need to make the above clear on their website before somebody places an order also the site it's hard to navigate on a mobile device.

In response to the reply below nowhere on your website do you make it clear that you do not ship abroad how hard is it to add some text to your site to make that clear to people?

I definitely recommend Branx fitness, I have a Cardio Pro treadmill and I find it to be a great piece of kit along with it looking great. The customer service provided by Branx Fitness is also excellent.

I purchased a treadmill from branxfitness in autumn 2018 and have been delighted with both the treadmill and also the aftercare service I have received which has exceeded my expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending both this product and the company.

Purchased a running machine in April 2018, later had a few problems with an error message, but support staff were very helpful and always responded quickly. They resolved the issue straight away. Thank you.

From initial enquiry, to the delivery this week......great communication from all representatives whether via phone, email or in person. Responsive, professional and friendly company. Bit early to judge the product's longevity, but appears exactly as advertised (cardio pro treadmill) and works perfectly.

I would definitely recommend Branx fitness, great treadmill at an excellent price and outstanding customer service.
