I had my eye on a limited edition pedal for a while and found it on Break the Machine £100 cheaper than everyone else was selling it for. So I bit the bullet and ordered it. The pedal arrived in good time and was well packaged so received in perfect condition. It's a beautiful looking and sounding pedal, thanks guys!

Exceptional service from start to finish. Easily one of best retailers I've ever dealt with.

Long story short, they helped me acquire a pedal that was out of stock everywhere else I'd tried.

They got that pedal to me quicker than the timescale quoted, and even left a couple of nice touches inside the packaging.

Definitely gone to the top of my favourite sellers list!

Have had the pleasure of dealing with them a couple of times and have no complaints. Their customer service is exemplary, replying to emails outside of office hours, and keeping me up to date with my order. The choice of pedals is great, and expanding all the time. Very happy with my purchases. You know they care about each order, and I love that you get a note with what music they were listening to when packaging your parcel (Aphex Twin)! Great company, I can highly recommend them!

BTM have so far supplied 3 grail pedals to me (1312, HP-2 and KTR), all made in the USA and really hard to come by in the UK. I have never been overcharged by BTM for a rare pedal, like resellers try on eBay and Reverb.

BTM go above and beyond, I've shown interest for pedals on social media and they've kept me up to date with releases. I have a problem with parcel thefts at my apartment building, and BTM are always happy to put a note on the label not to leave the precious parcel unattended.

I always feel like I'm talking to a person when I communicate with BTM, which is nice. Totally recommend this company to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

Iv been on the email list & had the email most people wish they receive for the pedal of interest that Iv been wanting for over 10 years was in very limited stock, sent a reply & within minutes Iv had a reply with Hi were holding 1 for you to pay at your convenience, (rare) Iv made a payment at 7pm & had confirmation that my pedal will be shipped out Monday morning, those of you who are wanting rare & special pedals know how hard it can be to locate them especially, having a brand like Break the machine Supply the demand as best as possible, heard many great things from guitar/pedal maniacs like myself & I must say “believe there hype” fairytales do come true when dealing with BTM

We've bought a few times from Break the Machine in the past 6 months or so. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Quick dispatch and service. A great place to get pedals that you can't find with bigger retailers, and prices are very reasonable. All in all, a really nice company. Would recommend :)
