Best investment ever!
I have always been active my whole life but when I became perimenopausal, my weight kept increasing. I tried running daily, tracking my meals, intermittent fasting and even signed up with some online coaches to try and reduce my weight. But nothing worked.
One day, Darren’s Instagram posts caught my eye, and what he talked about resonated with me. Signing up with Darren is definitely one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself. Working with Darren and Carlos has been such an eye-opening experience. They taught me about nutrition, having the right macros and especially how to track my food correctly. Carlos also prepared workouts for me and guided me through the weight training exercises, which was new to me. Carlos was always available when I had any questions and I would get feedback on my exercises on a timely basis. Even when I go on holidays, I now have the confidence to enjoy my holidays, eating the food that I like without being anxious about weight gain.
I have lost all the weight that I had gained in the last 4 years and increased my muscle mass to the highest I’ve ever been. I feel and look better than ever before. I gained so much in knowledge, strength and confidence and for this I really thank Darren and Carlos. I was a little sceptical when I signed up for the program, but BBB made a huge difference in how I think about nutrition and exercise now. I would most certainly recommend it!
It's truly a tailor-made program to fit your needs and schedule. Kevin was very accommodating and always on hand to help me, encouraged me when I was not feeling very confident about some exercises, and was especially helpful when I was travelling a lot for work. During the 4 months, I was able to lose 7kgs and now feel as fit as I have ever felt, and that's thanks to Darren and Kevin. Thank you!
Best decision I ever made
I got into this program because physically and mentally I was not feeling good. My menopause symptoms, the weight gain, and my health was affecting me. I was tired all the time, I didn’t sleep well, my clothes were not fitting anymore. I felt like I was at a low point in my life and thought I was about to go crazy. After 6 months in this program, my blood pressure was lower, I was sleeping better, mentally I was in a better place, and I had so much more energy. What made this program more worthwhile for me was how I felt, not the weight loss. That just became a bonus. I had coach Darren and Tyler for my program and just went on my own after being with them for about a year. Originally I sought their guidance to lose some weight but it turned into much more than that and honestly the weight loss was secondary when it started to change my life beyond what the scale said. I cried when I ended my program with them but they taught me so many important skills that has given me confidence to do it on my own as well as soar in other areas of my life. Life changing experience
I started BBB with the aim of losing weight. Not only did Darren and Carlos help me achieve it, but they helped me figure out whats truly important in my life and prioritize those things. This is the quickest five star review I have ever given since I will be forever grateful to these lads for helping me to realize the best version of myself. Accountability and ownership
Darren and Tyler were great coaches that provided just the right dose of positivity while also reminding me that the only thing standing in my way was me. The cost of the program is high, but ultimately worth it. There is so much lifelong information I have learned from this program and subsequently passed on to family/friends that I will be forever grateful. I wish I had learned these things in school!
Effective Focus on Fundamentals and Simplicity
I am a relatively active person who regularly hits the gym and the swimming pool on a weekly basis and thought I had it down. But something felt off. I wasn't feeling that strong nor was I "seeing" the results physically, so I decided to swallow my pride to ask for help from Darren and team.
Their program was transformational. It is simple, effective, and rigorous. Darren and Kevin showed me "making the basics really really good" is all you need to start your journey, and I got results almost immediately - more energy, stronger, more mobile, and looking more in-shape. It's been more than a year since I ended their 6 month program and I'm continuing to see gains based on their mindset and previous advice.
I did doubt their program at the start, because it felt like I was paying a good chunk of money for something so simple. But really, that was just my pride getting in the way. Once you've ended their program, it is up to you to decide if you can do it alone or continue to have their mentorship (they did not sell or pressure at all).

A REAL BREAKTHROUGH! Working with Darren and Aaron has transformed my health and mindset. I now have more energy to keep up with my daughter, feel stronger physically and mentally, and have developed a much healthier relationship with food. The customised plan and continuous support, along with the incredible community—have been key to my success. I love that I can still enjoy my favourite foods in moderation while seeing real results. Darren is the real deal
I, like many others, found Darren on Instagram. He wasn't trying to sell a magic cure all, push a fad diet, or promise a quick solution. What he was doing was teaching people the relatively simple math behind fat loss and muscle gain. I've been an active person for many years, been lifting weights and running long distance for 10 years, but could never figure out how to get rid of the extra weight I had been carrying. I've never been a skinny person to begin with, so I figured it was just me. Really not liking the numbers I was seeing on my scale, I reached out to Darren for help. Worth The Investment
When I heard Darren’s message on IG, it made a lot of sense to me. I had been trying on my own to reach my fitness goals for a few years and couldn’t seem to make it happen so I hoped this financial investment towards knowledge and support would make the difference. Coach Aaron figured out my maintenance calories and worked with me on the right amount of deficit calories and the macro numbers that started moving the needle for me within two weeks. I had been missing the protein goal, the consistency of progressive overload weight training, and the importance of regular sleep. From then on, Aaron monitored my numbers (I was losing weight a bit too quickly) and helped me with suggestions for lean protein sources. I went from 105 to 101 lbs and decreased my body fat by almost 3% while gaining muscle. My abs and obliques are cut and I don’t have any flab under my arms anymore. My waist is smaller and my clothes fit much better. More importantly, I am stronger in every way. I have more energy to run, jump, lift , and bend and do all of it with great confidence. At 57 years old, BBB has simplified and personalized for me the science of nutrition, exercise, and rest. I feel in total control of my fitness going forward.
Lost 12 lbs and feeling great
Darren built a great program. It all started with wonderful social media content that really resonated with me. I've always been able to lose weight, but I couldn't help but gain it back. I was great at executing on these fad diets like intermittent fasting or keto, but eventually I would binge eat and gain all the weight back. My 8 years of MyFitnessPal show that I've been able to go from 210 lbs to 190 lbs very regularly. But Darren and Kevin provided science, anecdotal evidence via their clients, and accountability that helped me actually reach my goals.
I lost 12 lbs during my 6 months in a very steady rate. It wasn't as fast as my usual diets, but this time feels different where things actually feel sustainable. I didn't lose weight due to some restrictive diet or intense exercise, but I steadily changed my lifestyle. I gained understanding of how carbs and fats aren't an enemy. I learned about how steady protein and consistent exercise can help me build muscle and increase my metabolism. A life changing Investment!
Coach Darren and Aaron gave me all the resources I needed to reach my fitness goals and kept really good communication with me through the 24 week investment on myself. I started out really worried and confused but after losing the first 10lbs, everything became so easy due to the good habits I formed that I was just excited to see it through till the end. I had a huge lifestyle change as an introvert that wouldn't get out of his comfort zone to now an extrovert that genuinely enjoys fitness and sports. If you’re looking for a weight loss program, this isn’t it… this is so much more. I was always struggling to be a healthier me and it became more complicated the busier I got with work and life. If not only got me to change my mindset on how I could lose fat, gain muscle, but also do it while busy with work, stressed with other life things, or enjoying life. Darren and Kevin really helped me to put everything in perspective and take charge of my own health. I feel much more confident moving forward as I embarked on my own with my own health journey!

I was a regular athlete and someone who exercised daily, but still learn things that I will use for the rest of my life. Definitely a focus on the holistic-most of what I learned was around what foods I need to achieve my goals, how to track, and how simple that formula really can be. Working with Darren and Carlos has been life changing! In 9 months I was able to lose 15 lbs and become stronger. I learned how to properly track my food to calculate calories and I learned which exercises work best for me! I am able to train myself at the gym, and if I’m very busy with work or travel and not able to measure and log food, I intuitively know the quantity of food to consume. I feel empowered and am self-reliant.

Darren touts his Breakthrough Body Blueprint as "Not a Weight Loss Program" and after 6 months as a client, I agree!
Will you lose weight? Definitely!!
But more importantly, you will develop the habits and skills you need to KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF, to maintain muscle, and to form a healthy relationship with food. I was hesitant to fork over my hard earned cash, but I am now 20lbs lighter, stronger, and more energized than I have been in the past 10 years. I am happy I chose to invest in myself.
Don't get me wrong. You have to put in the work. It's not easy. But if you are willing to work with Darren and his team of coaches, you will be rewarded for your efforts with a true transformation in body composition and mindset.
