There is no way to get support that is…
There is no way to get support that is not a bot. I topped up my account but it was confusing as it did not show on the eSIM I selected but looked like I needed to load a new eSIM. Then couldn’t find the install and QR code. I would have thought it would just add the GB to the current rain that was about to run out?? Online help was useless and just kept on going in circles. No help there.
