Calculating of spent data is unclear.
Consumption history is invisible.
Rounding is to GB and not MB.
When I buy a subscription in advance (it's promoted), it's automatically turned on for me, there's no way to control it.
Unused data are lost.

Thank you for your feedback. Data consumption history is visible in the My Account section of the website where users can see up to date usage at the MB level.
You are correct, fixed bundles have a time limit. We can see from our records one of your most recent purchases was a 3GB, 30-day fixed bundle. So any unused data is lost 30 days after activation.
It's not entirely clear which subscription you're referring to, if you could please create a support ticket with an order ID we'll investigate further and offer the correct feedback.

This company is great, the price as amazing in comparison to many others. Super easy to connection to the eSIM. Great instruction for set up. I would definitely use again.

I had bought my esim for 3 days package…
I had bought my esim for 3 days package for India. Despite constantly asking for a qr code. None was sent. An email was sent to log in account - unable to do so. As a result i couldn't use the esim.
Fyi- previously when i bought esim qr code was sent instantly and i could activate the esim but this time no qr code sent so i couldn't activate it as a result i had to stay the 3 days without internet. I would like a refund for the package as it wasn't activated. Thank you

The esim was good in Korea, but...
The esim was good in Korea, but completely useless in Vietnam. In Ho Chi Minh City I had to finally give up and paid for another esim from Klook, and I immediately had 5g. The telecom company Breeze is using in Vietnam is very bad indeed. I wouldn't trust them again.
