I ordered a glp1 from this company in February. I received my medication in 10 days, which was okay, but they never updated my order status. It just randomly showed up, after I contacted them.
Now they have processed me for a renewal and sent me a questionnaire for testosterone. I have never been on this. They also sent me a questionnaire for glp1 which I completed, but now my account is stuck in error status. The company is slow to respond and very disorganized.

I had several problems during my first month. I accidentally had 2 accounts and was being double billed. Customer service was easy to access through the app and quickly handled all my problems.

This is my second 1 star review on this company. Communication from Brello is poor at best. They canceled my order in January for no apparent reason and now they charged my card on April 9th (I did receive an email on that) and nothing but silence from them since. So I canceled my order today even though they already charged my card and also found out that they can't ship to Washington State anymore or at least Beverly delayed, so why did they charge my card. They also do not post any contact phone numbers and just an awful company to do business with. Look elsewhere for reliable GLP-1
As an update, Brello Health did send me an email 2x I believe that my card on file would be charged $499 on April 9th, however, it appears my card was not charged and now I see you DO NOT SHIP TO WASHINGTON STATE ANYMORE!! No explanation and no updates. I've now deleted my card on file and really have not had good experiences with your communication and delays in past shipping . There are other companies out there that provide better service and better prices plus they ship to Washington State. My wife uses Henry Meds and they provide much superior service that Brello apparently can not. I'm done with Brello!!!!
Final update; Upon further review of the BBB Brello Health is rated as an "F" and I now have entirely cancelled my account. Seems customers are having the same problem as myself. Manof the reviews are over a year old and for Brello to respond to my review here that they are working on a solution is pure hogwash!!!!

This company is losing what could have been a lifetime customer. Brello Health has policies that feel misleading and unfair.
I am a customer that’s been with Brello for over a year. I have been on a higher dose of my medication for over a year, yet they started me at the lowest dose without a clear or reasonable explanation. That alone was frustrating, but it got worse.
I was given the option to request a dosage modification, which was approved after I provided an updated prescription from my primary care provider. However, after approval, I was told that no additional medication would be sent, only that I should adjust the dosage using my current supply.
This makes no sense. Increasing the dosage without providing additional medication means I will run out sooner, forcing me to renew earlier than expected. In effect, I would be charged more for what is supposed to be a 3-month supply. Makes no sense when they advertise 3 month supply for $499 for any dosage.
The process feels deceptive and poorly structured, and it does not prioritize patient care or transparency. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Great company to work with. They answered all my questions quickly and kept following up to make sure I was 100% taken care of. Process was extremely fast. Ordered Sunday and received the medicine on Tuesday. Meds came ready to go with easy instructions and everything was labeled great. Will return to this company for all my needs! Very professional!

Brello admin communication skills are a zero. Mercedes to be exact think she can talk to you like your a kid on a post because I posted a question anonymous. So what I politely did was cancel my membership. Also half of these reviews are probably fake considering they are asking for people to write reviews for a chance at a drawing. Btw do you research there are cheaper and better options out here
