Hover board is amazing. Got the go cart attachment and can’t seem to get that to work. Wont turn.

Purchased an Xmas gift for our son. Web ordering was an easy process, They were quick to communicate and executed well. I chose to purchase here as they provided a lot of information about their hover boards and I hope that (if necessary) they will stand behind their products. Last - I would rather buy from a Canadian business. They allowed the warranty to start on Xmas day... it is that type of small detail that makes these guys stand out.

Order was easy. Payment was easy. Product delivered on time and fits and works well. Have not had to charge it yet. But so far so good. I liked that it came with a plastic bracket to hold down your new battery. Used same screws as factory and holes. Fit well.

I started off by emailing a question about the hoverboard I received as a gift for Xmas 2019 and received a reply much sooner than any other business I have dealt with in the past. They were extremely helpful and gave me detailed direction on how to order a part I was looking for. Once on their website it was very easy to look at everything and to order what I needed. Once I placed my order I knew exactly where my item was, from the moment it left their place of business until it reached my front door a few provinces away, due to the detailed tracking provided. Lastly, my item was delivered precisely when they said it would be, neatly packaged and in good condition. They are professional, courteous, helpful and experienced in all aspects of dealing with online shopping & shipping. I would recommend this company to anyone!

We won't be able to test the hoover board and cart until Christmas as it is a Christmas present for our Grandson, but Christmas last year we got a hoover board and cart for our granddaughter and it is still working great and she loves it.
