,Quick shipping, helpful advice = happy kid.

The instructions were a little difficult to read, but figured it out pretty quickly. There is a learning curve with the hover board cart. I suggest trying it out in a big open space to start. That way you can get used to the controls without worrying about crashing. With the hover board you can just jump or step off, you can’t just bail with the cart. But once you get the hang of it it’ll provide hours of fun!

The whole process from order to delivery went so smooth, and I even got a follow up email after a couple of weeks to see how I was enjoying my purchase. I wish I could give a 6 star rating!

Have bought few items a few different times over thd last couple of years. Have had a couple of issues but never a problem as they give top notch service here. I rate them with Costco for service. You never have to worry with these guys. If anyone is Not happy with their service then I think they might be someone that is hard for anyone to please. Thanks guys, I think you are great!

This was for my daughter. The whole family enjoyed the time together playing on the hover board.

I spoke with two different people on different days. Excellent customer service from both, very personable and very knowledgeable about their products. We bought a Off-road Hoverboard for our 10yr old daughter. It was delivered to our door within 2 days! Good quality product! Very sturdy and easy to step onto! She was able to hop on and go back and forth around our kitchen like a pro the same day! Very happy with the quality of the product and service!

Decent electric scooter but had clearly been used on the factory floor (footprints on deck and gouges on plastic components, some scratches). Likely will look elsewhere for future products of this sort.

My experience with Brentscoolpicks was absolutely positive. I was searching for parts for my granddaughter's hoverboard. When I came across Brentscoolpicks site they seemed to offer what I was looking for. Let me say at this point that finding a Canadian supplier of parts for hoverboards is near to impossible. I contacted Brentscoolpicks and was more than satisfied with their customer service. We discussed the parts I needed and they provided me with advice and we agreed that the parts that they have were compatible with my board. I ordered the parts; received them quickly; they were the right parts and fitted the board perfectly. I am totally satisfied with this company and certainly would deal with them again in the future if required. The only potential downside is that there is no refund on their electronic parts. However, customer service was very helpful in determining if the parts were compatible. Totally a five star rating.
