Cuidado con UPS. Recibí el producto que había pedido, calidad excelente. Pagué por el envío vía UPS, una cantidad de dinero nada desdeñable, y UPS no me trajo el pedido a casa, me lo dejó en un punto de recogida en el que tuve que esperar 40 minutos para poder recogerlo. Si la empresa no cambia de empresa de mensajería, no vuelvo a comprar nada con ellos.

La entrega de UPS simplemente "falló"... Pero tanto UPS como la tienda me informaron que "realizaron la entrega".
No hubo respuesta del servicio de asistencia. Lo único a lo que respondieron fue a PayPal, ya que está relacionado con el dinero, sin disculpas ni deseo de solucionar la situación... Sin asistencia, sin servicio, sin nada.
Recurriendo a PayPal solo para recuperar el dinero.
