Brett really listened to what we wanted to do and was very patient when we changed our minds. He gave us options and advice. Our planned tour start point changed while we were on the first part of our holiday. Brett sorted everything out and reorganised our transfers.

We had the most incredible honeymoon in Japan, and we can’t thank Brett enough for making it happen. He put together a fantastic three-week itinerary that perfectly balanced traditional and modern experiences, which made the whole trip feel really special.

Each hotel Brett chose was spot on and added something unique to the journey. One of the biggest highlights for us was staying in a beautiful ryokan in Hakone with our own private onsen! A moment that will genuinely be a core memory for us forever!

Brett made the whole process effortless, from organising our flights to booking our bullet train tickets, so everything ran smoothly from start to finish. His communication was excellent as well - he was incredibly responsive both before we left and while we were travelling, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.

What really stood out, though, is what a genuinely wonderful person Brett is. It’s so clear that he truly loves what he does and cares about creating unforgettable experiences for the people he helps. That passion really comes through in every detail of the trip he planned for us.

We feel so lucky that Brett planned what truly was a trip of a lifetime for us, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone planning a special trip!

We booked our multi stay honeymoon through Brett as quite honestly we didn’t know where to start and no one provider offered the package that we wanted. He was so helpful in working with us to create the perfect honeymoon, he kept us informed when anything changed and was on hand to support throughout, checking in at various stages to make sure everything had run smoothly. He was fantastic also when we returned home and picked up a couple of small things with the hotels we stayed at, which really took the pressure off us. Would highly highly recommend and will definitely look to book special trips through him again. Thank you Brett!

Just got back from a lovely Italian trip all organised and booked by Brett.
We flew out to Rome for the first couple of days, stayed in a B&B that we would never of known about if we booked ourselves. Then with pre booked train tickets we travelled up to Florence for another couple of days to stay in another gorgeous B&B. Lastly another pre booked train journey to visit Pisa for the day before flying home.
Italy is absolutely stunning, so much to see and do.
Brett was so helpful with all the organising, giving us great advice on how to book the attraction we wanted to see once out there.
The whole holiday was all accessible in a fab app on my phone so anytime I needed to check anything it was quick and easy to do. Brett even checked in with us half way through to make sure everything was ok.

Brett was amazing from start to finish. We visited a hotel that I wouldn't have even looked at and it was perfect had everything I asked for and all 6 of us loved it. Brett listened to what we needed, budget, flight times etc and crafted a holiday based on all our requirements. The holiday was within budget and at a price i wouldnt have been able to secure myself. We had to make a change prior to the holiday and Brett dealt with all of it and very quickly. I will use Brett for all holidays going forward.

Right from the start Brett was great, nothing was too much trouble, even me asking to upgrade rooms months after booking and Brett liaised with the hotel and came back with all the different price options.

When we got to the hotel we were informed we were receiving a buy 1 get 1 free offer on all drinks due to booking with our travel agent. We were half board. Brett had emailed and asked if they could do anything to make our stay more special. This was such a wonderful surprise and something we definitely wouldn't have gotten if it wasn't for Brett.

He was in touch prior to leaving and our return and checked on us upon arrival to make sure everything was pertect.

I can highly recommend Brett to anyone wishing to book a holiday especially if you are looking for a more personalised service. We used Brett's company for our recent Holiday to Greece in September. It was a Jet2 Holiday which Brett was able to book for us with a discount! Every aspect of the booking was handled professionally. Brett kept us informed throughout, advising us when we could check in online etc and we knew he was always at the end of the phone if we needed anything.
