Not good

Very slow
Staff do not know the products they are selling
No product knowledge what so ever
Yard staff could not identify bricks I needed
Bricks also 40 p each more expensive than I paid elsewhere
All round poor

Ordered wire at stone avs went and…

Ordered wire at stone avs went and picked it up at Briants to be told they have not got any then drove back to stone avs to be told they have 35 rolls of wire then had to drive back the following day at what point briants had found the wire so I waisted a few hours of my day driving wat further than I needed

I always get a good service at Briants…

I always get a good service at Briants especially from the parts & service department.
However I was very disappointed that the last time I was there dropping off a machine for repair I was charged £44.99 plus VAT for what they called a Diagnostic charge before they had even looked at it.
Ive been using Briants for repairs since 1998 and I am now considering going elsewhere for repairs

Upset and disapointed

Massively gone down hill since Lawsons takeover. Prices of materials are very overpriced. Quality of timber is shocking, rock bottom. Staff doing the bare minimum in the yard. A few very good staff remain in the main shop and office. Having been a customer for over 10 years I now try and avoid Briants. I say this with a heavy heart. They sent me an email for a review, so I have obliged. Although I have never had an email or phone call from a rep asking what they can do better.

Your team is always great and trusted. HOWEVER, the one week rule to collect is not acceptable. I understand that people disrespect your patience but you need to change this, especially as I am patient given your turn around time. I would go elsewhere on principle. On this occasion I was able to collect before I went away.
