Briary has been a key element to the success of our project, enabling us to obtain the final building control certificate first time round.

Scott and his team helped us to understand the compliance hurdles for new build houses and guided us through the process of ensuring our design would pass part L. They also introduced their photo app and explained how to document the as-built contruction details to ensure they matched the original design criteria. They are a highly experienced and professional organisation who can cover all aspects of compliance with the new building regulations. I could not rate them more highly.
