Wow spoke to a person straight away

Wow spoke to a person straight away, no waiting 20 minutes and no AI- fantastic.
I was able to ask questions to a human and was answered brilliantly. I have phoned twice now and each time has been good. Strongly recommend them

My insurance policy had unfortunately…

My insurance policy had unfortunately lapsed by one day. I called to reinstate the policy only to be told this was not possible as it had expired the day before. I then had to go down the new quote route which seemed to last forever, only to be informed that the price had almost doubled from the original price on the renewal. As it was last minute I accepted the quote, but have now put in a complaint about it all. I await their reply, but have not had anything yet. Time will tell, obviously. Not a happy customer at all.
