Good quality product

So far so good I have got a ways to go but enjoying it

Shipping is terrible, takes forever, issues logging in to tracker, vague location on shipment!

Ordering was simple and the delivery was sooner than I expected.

Both of the small kits I ordered were good quality and went together well. The instructions were reasonable but I must have missed the bit that tells you which bag contains the components for the bit you were working on so I did find myself searching for things across multiple bags. Still got the job done and it was fun doing it.

First order during a sale, got a leopard tank and Apache Helicopter. It did take a while to get here however, the wait was worth it. Absolutely great quality and I had a blast building it. Very surprised at the scale of the finished products too, perfect addition to my desk!

Quick delivery, great price, fun build

The product I received was made with quality parts and easy to read and understand instructions. Delivery time was about two weeks, which was to be expected.

Good product at a reasonable price, quick delivery, could’ve done with coming in a box but well packed all the same.

My experience has been great with Brickwar2 and they are very quick and helpful if you’re having trouble or simple questions. I believe this company is going to stand out amongst others because of that and I’ve hadn’t a problem with any of my builds yet. The only thing I would want them to change is the mailing courier, the people dropping off the packages seem like they couldn’t care less about what’s inside the package.

Made an error with my order and their customer support quickly helped me correct it and get it shipped quickly. items are shipped from China and were not boxed, but in a plastic shipping bag.

I love the variety of kits and the lovely clear instructions. The free figurines are a fantastic bonus and fun to put together and pose with the machinery.

No major issues overall. Amazing, unique product. The m3a1 Stuart tank track is difficult to put on correctly & keep it on. Hoping the rest of the sets fit smoothly.

Great sets for adults. Great detail and precession! The blocks fit together as good as the competitor that don’t make these type of model . Love these sets!

Love it, can't wait to finish putting it together.
