Avoid Bridge and Bloom at all costs

Bridge and Bloom is a company to avoid at all costs.
I purchased four dresses in August 2025 and the entire experience has been appalling from start to finish. The website images were utterly misleading what arrived was cheap, poor‑quality clothing that looked nothing like what was advertised.

I returned the items immediately, at my own expense, to the address they provided in China. The parcel then sat in customs for months with no support, no communication, and no accountability from the company. After eleven months, the dresses have now been returned to me by the postal service still no refund, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the issue.

To make matters worse, it appears Bridge and Bloom conveniently stopped trading in March 2026, leaving customers like me out of pocket and with no recourse. This behaviour is deceptive, irresponsible, and shows a complete disregard for consumer rights.

I strongly warn others: Bridge and Bloom is unreliable, misleading, and has now vanished without honouring refunds or basic obligations. Avoid this company entirely.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. It was confirmed to me that they were a London based company- however they ask for returns to be made to China - which is not advised previously. Every time I fulfill a request to have my refund they find another reason not to pay me. We are covered by Uk Consumer Laws. The dresses I ordered were of appalling quality with what seemed to be a horrid plastic coating - not worth the money at all!! Do not purchase anything from this company.

Delay after delay in delivery

Delay after delay in delivery. Item was in a worn condition when it arrived. Contacted the company with photographs. Advised to return the item at my expense. It turned out to be returned to china costing at lease £25! I requested a refund told not possible until it arrived in China in a saleable condition, which it wasn't. Explained this . So no refund despite many email requests. Would not recommend this company

I fell for the adverts unfortunately

I fell for the adverts unfortunately. Took weeks to arrive as dispatched from China which i was not aware of. Honestly the quality was so poor its something I would have walked right past if shopping in a store. I requested a refund but you have to pay for the return cost to China. I was offered a 20% discount of next order...no thanks or 10% refund of the total order. Still waiting!!!!!! Please dont entertain this company at all.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company - goods took 6 weeks to arrive and then the dresses were like a bit of rag , the material was awful and they were badly made . When I asked about returning them they did ever they could to try and stop me returning goods . When they eventually gave me the address in china to send them back the postage was going to be £30 and I do not think I would get a refund anyway

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service. Delivery delayed by three weeks, product of inferior quality and wrong size, and customer support derisory.

They expect customers to return items to a warehouse in China at the customer's expense, before issuing a refund.

Never deal with this company.

Utter Scam

Utter Scam - complete rip off - quality of clothes are unbelievable, the clothes that turned up looked nothing like the images on line. Mismatched pattern, poorly finished. Wrong sizes, just everything that could go wrong did. Requested refund - we don’t do refunds unless you send them back to us at your own cost. Sent back to China with tracking number - guess what they say they never received it even though I have proof of delivery. Scammers - luckily my bank refunded me. Do not touch

This company is trading fraudulently…

This company is trading fraudulently presenting to customers as if they are London based but are actually selling cheap, horrible clothes from China. Mine took 6 weeks to come and when I enquired about returning as they were no longer needed due to this delay, like others I was told I have to pay to return to China! One person replies to emails, they have no complaints procedure and reply every time you try and complain with the same answer. Shocking company and I feel totally ripped off! Do not shop here.

Fake Chinese company - don’t buy anything!

Firstly my order took ages to arrive , despite lots of promises from the company, then the quality of the product was awful, cheap rubbish, badly made from China, nothing like the advertised product.
The company pretends to be British by putting ‘London’ in the title but they import from China. The dress I ordered wasn’t even made properly and had mismatched pieces in different sizes, it also had a small hole in the back. I wrote lots of emails asking for a refund for faulty goods, but they only offered 25% refund unless I paid postage back to China; an absolute rip off.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, CHEAP RUBBISH

Bridge and Bloom London, I'm sure you would assume, like me that this is a british company based in London? Wrong! They are Chinese based in China. I Ordered some colourful dungarees which looked lovely in the picture, supposedly reduced from over £60 to £26.99. When they finally arrived they are like a cheap pair of nylon overalls , no way will I be wearing them. It states you have 30 days for a refund so I said thats what I wanted. There is no returns slip, they are in China and you have to pay the postage then they will decide if they approve the refund. Other options were a 10% refund (£2.69) or 20% of my next purchase (I won't be buying anything else!) Don't touch them with a bargepole.

Poor quality, terrible return service

I got scammed by a Facebook closing down sale. Ordered in August, it finally arrived in late September and was made of terrible, shiny material and was badly made and not even worth donating to charity.

Tried to return it, got as far as getting a DPD quote but they wouldn't deliver to China without a local phone number, which they wouldn't give me. They eventually offered a 25% refund or a discount.

Finally took the paltry discount to end the saga.

Should have read the reviews.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS…

Ordered 2 swimming costumes on September 13th for my holiday in Oct. Expected delivery date was extended from 5 days to October 5th. October 7th still not arrived. Contacted them and asked for a refund which was refused as the items were in transit from Emily. Then received another email saying it was being refunded by Darius as they had not been dispatched yet .The refund was showing in my PayPal account. And cleared today. Got another email yesterday from Emily telling me she's looking into why I haven't received them as the tracker says they're on the way. I told her I'd had a refund and questioned if anyone knew what they were doing there.Another email today from Emily telling me it has now been refunded and could she help me with anything else. NO THANKS!!
I paid with PayPal and got a full refund

I was not aware that this was a Chinese…

I was not aware that this was a Chinese company and had I known, would not have touched them with a barge pole. Ordered a lovely green coat for a weekend away weeks ago now and despite chasing customer services, have still not received it. Am hopeful that when it does actually turn up it meets my expectations as it would appear returning is not an option. Fell fowl to a similar online company before and vowed would never do so again - will be more careful next time. My advice is to look up these online companies before ordering anything!!!!!
