Do not touch this Company!!! Website very misleading as seems to indicate it is London based. It is not!!!!
Ordered 2 pairs of dungarees that looked stylish and robust on website - hooked in with huge discounts as company closing (it’s not). Paid £53.91 expected them to be delivered within a week or so. After 2 weeks nothing….. no communication although money had been taken. After 3 weeks contacted them they responded assuring it was on its way. Still didn’t arrive - I asked to cancel order this was ignored said they’d investigate and get back to me in 48 hours. They didn’t!
Eventually received order after nearly 5 weeks to find them poorly made, flimsy, ill fitting and 100% polyester. Requested to send back was told to send back to China (at own cost) not to warehouse in Southall. Was going to cost £27.00 to return and would only get refund once they’d received it and it passed their inspection! They did offer me 20% off my next order with them or a goodwill refund of 10% off my order which I ended up opting for.
A Very Expensive Mistake. Lesson learnt - read independent reviews before ordering!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Bridge and Bloom London. Web page states Bridge and Bloom London. IT IS NOT IN LONDON IT IS IN CHINA. No indication on website the delivery will be from China. It says quality clothing and website images are very deceiving. The items I ordered looked amazing on the website, however, it is EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY SEWING AND MATERIAL. Every item has threads and dodgy seams. I contacted them and they offered 20% refund, 40% discount or to return the items. Returns are at the cost of the buyer and the return address is CHINA. It would cost me £30 plus any customs charges. Their address is: Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, Ningbo, 315100, Zhejiang, China.

Scam! Scam! Scam!!!!! They don't even deserve one star! As everyone has said before, not London based, no closing down sale, poor quality products, badly made with cheap materials. Expect to wait a month or more for your order to arrive from China! Please don't have any silly ideas about cancelling or asking for a full 'hassel-free' refund, because you can't have either! You can have the luxury of having small discounts of future orders!!! I don't think so! Or, maybe you would choose to simply pay and ship the sorry articles all the way back to China!!! Really?? I am not only flabbergasted, I am over £70 out of pocket, and have possession of clothing I wouldn't even give to a charity shop! If only I had check Trustpilot first. Lessons learnt 😔

I ordered 2 dresses who, online, looked elegant and good quality. 3 weeks later the item arrived from China and the quality and shape are shocking. I can only contact them via email and haven't heard back at all re refund etc. Scam!

Please don’t order from this firm, I order two dresses they took over 3weeks to arrive from China , when they did arrive they were poorly made and 96% polyester. I have returned the dresses at a cost of £23 postage!! I thought I was ordering from a UK firm as their advertising is misleading stating a London firm and mentioning British.

This is a scam. Avoid like the plague. I could return article to China, have a 20% discount on another purchase {as if] or have 10% refund and keep dress. That would be £3.50!

Wanted to purchase 4 rings in their "closing down" sale, but wasn't sure what sizes to order - emailed them three times with no reply to any of my emails. The penny should have dropped then, but I was keen to purchase these beautiful rings before someone else bought them so I took a gamble and ordered in the sizes I had researched.
This order was made on 26.08.25 and I only received these rings yesterday, which was 26.09.25 - a whole month of waiting and checking tracking details which never seemed to change when looking it up.
I opened the parcel on my return home yesterday and yet again much more to my disappointment, the rings looked cheap and nasty like they are out of a Christmas cracker!! AND none of them fit! Either being too small or too big so a waste of £60 in total. DO NOT ORDER from this SCAM website who say they are based in London when they are actually in China. I hope this review prevents other people from being scammed like I have been.

Firstly took well over a month to arrive. I asked for my money back on many occasions which they did not respond to. Eventually said it was at the airport?! Why when they purport to be a London company! I asked this they said they needed to outsource some materials. A blatant lie. The quality of clothing is not good. I ordered the same size in all only 1 item fitted. There is nowhere on any of their emails that you can find info on how to return items. I asked twice eventually they wanted a photo of the items to know what the problem was. I said I wouldn’t be doing that it was my right to return items and have a full refund explaining that all the sizing was different. They offered me 3 choices. (1)20% discount on next order (like I will be doing that again plus I thought it was a closing down sale.(2) They would refund 10% of the cost of the order (their most popular choice)! (3) Fund the return to China myself. So my advice don’t touch this company with a barge pole!!!

Our order did eventually arrive after we chased them but the items were not as described, were made of very poor quality material and were unwearable. We contacted them to request a refund and were told that there were no refunds.

I ordered because after checking a scam checker they appeared OK. But they are not London based, not closing down and the dress that arrived was too big and in a rather tacky fabric. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'll get a full refund after I've sent it back to China at my own expense. Buying from real UK companies from now on.

Do not buy anything from this company. It is a Chinese company not based in London. Delivery took over a month no option to cancel. When products eventually arrived looked very cheap. No option to return other than pay shipping to china.

Be warned. This is NOT a London based business nor is it closing down - the reason given for supposed large discounts. My shoes arrived just inside the 30 days allowed under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The shoes that arrived supposedly reduced from £120 to £44 are shoddily made and plastic. Worth maybe £10 being generous. Certainly not as described. Very, very poor quality. As others have found trying to return the item for a refund is virtually impossible as say has to go back to warehouse in China even though delivered from Southall. I suspect may be operating just inside the law but intend to report to Trading Standards.

Very very poor quality material. Can’t believe I fell for it. Don’t buy from this company… it’s obviously a scam.

Terrible service. Much later delivery than told. As with many of the other reviews I was under the impression it was a uk company. Tracking code didn't work. I queried the time scale and was then given the correct tracking info. It still did not arrive even when tracking said it was delivered. As royal mail state they do not deal with the customer, just the seller, I contacted Bridge and bloom again and I am now in a cycle of me telling them royal mail will only deal with them and them telling me to contact royal mail.

This is a Chinese company and nothing to do with London. Orders take weeks to come through. Even though product well delayed they won't let you cancel. Returning difficult and not free. Would definitely NOT recommend

I’m a cross with myself for falling for this! A complete SCAM. I thought I was buying from a British company based in London- paid £35 for a dress which has never arrived- tracked into this country from China!! How I wish I had read these reviews first!

Ordered 3 dresses which arrived after a long time (summer almost over) and material was thin and cheap looking. I asked for return which you need to pay for yourself (was OK with this thinking it was UK) but said you had to return to China address and responsible for its delivery.

Shocking! Do NOT buy from this company, it's a Chinese scam! They pretend to be in the UK but they ship from China, so it takes weeks to arrive. I ordered one month ago and haven't received my order yet. SCAM! I wish I had read these reviews before.
