The beauty mirror we received did not have any protection plastic on. The mirror had scratches.
We have contacted customer service four times, but no response. They have not even bothered to reply if just saying sorry.

The beauty table with light and mirror seat is very good quality and as described. The customer support also answered to my enquiries. The only problem is the veeery long delivery times. When not in stock, the items took a lot longer than expected, between 4 and 5 months to arrive. At least they arrived! My 15 y.o daughter is very happy though. Plan well ahead if it’s a present.

Excellent packing

The desk arrived swiftly and in perfect condition, making setup a breeze. Along with the mirror, this purchase has truly transformed my space. While I noticed a few washers were missing, the overall experience was fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Very poor customer service… our mirror stopped working and we contacted them immediately- they advised a few different ways to fix the problem but it didn’t work. I was reassured they would sort it but that never happened. As they are very lax in responding to the emails- I did call to see if the problem could be rectified and they didn’t like that - they don’t want phone contact. This is the response I got from them… appalling!!
“Also I understand that you keep contacting our customer service. The customer care is for customers that need help, since you are already helped in the correct form communicating with the correct department there is no need to contact customer care. If you contact our customer care again we will charge €75 per contact moment.”
In short we wouldn’t recommend this company- they don’t look after their customers.

(Awful customer service)Got the narmira rotating mirror and while still under warranty started to have a problem that it was flashing all of the time doesn’t matter if it was off or on it still flashed ,contacted customer service whom were very rude and unhelpful and done nothing to resolve the problem I really liked the mirror up until the problem occurred but will definitely not be buying a replacement off them and would encourage others to also look elsewhere

I ordered a mirror which came in perfect, no scratches it was all good.
It only took 2 days to come

1st Nina mirror was damaged / broken when delivered, 2nd one again broken when delivered, 3rd one broken when delivered… amazing experience over around 3 weeks (at least you get a fast „broken“ replacement…) … finally took the refund and now I still need to get rid of 3 broken mirrors myself… @Bright Beauty… other players in your market have a different packaging and 1st orders arrive in a non broken condition…

Good quality and fast delivery.

The delivery process was unclear. I only heard about the details when the product arrived and no one was at home. it would be very useful to inform beforehand when the product was arriving in order to ensure someone would be at home to receive it.
It was then delivered to the post office, but again, it was not clearly indicated, I had to click on several boutons before getting the necessary information.
The communication was only in German, which I do not speak, so it made it difficult to deal with the order.

The mirror is stunning and provides great lighting. Easy to set up and very well packaged. Customer service is great they respond quickly to any enquiries. It needs a round UK plug adapter if you’re ordering from Ireland. Very happy with it.

Vanity mirror arrived cracked when opened. Notified them immediately and they said they would send a replacement. A week later they came back to say they wanted a picture with the cord cut. We did this and now they have stopped responding. Now we have a broken mirror with cord taht is cut and we have lost nearly 400 euro. Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy company.
