Blocked and Ignored: My Experience with This Company
They blocked me on Instagram and deleted my comment after I warned others in their comment section not to order from them. I had previously emailed them to request a replacement for the defective product I received, but after weeks of waiting, their only response was, "Have you written a bad comment about us?"
To anyone who loves makeup and is considering purchasing a makeup table, please be cautious. My experience has left me with the impression that they prioritize their reputation over genuinely supporting their customer. It’s disheartening, especially as someone who saved up money to make this purchase.

Amazing Brand!!!
Amazing!! The items are the most gorgeous work i’ve every seen (speaking of Vanity Desks).
Their costumer service is unmatched.
I had a problem with shipping and they immediately looked into it & solved it in less than 12hours.

PLEASE BEWARE. Bright Beauty based in Netherlands are the worst company i have ever bought from. I ordered a Vanity unit. They sent me the wrong one. I sent it back to them. Now they won't refund me my money. They are rude and very unprofessional. When they seen i put a review up here on Trust pilot they tried threatening me so id take it down. Please don't make the same mistake i made.

This company is not honest about their shipping times. It took 2 working days for the item to be collected from them and then another 7 working days for the item to reach Ireland. I still have no idea when it will be delivered. Their website states 3-5 working days and then in small print states that it can take longer. When I called DHL ecommerce they told me that the shipping is 5-8 working days. Allow more time for delivery
