The mirror came with a little scratch
The mirror came with a little scratch, although it is not bothersome, it would have been better if it had not come without any damage.
It's annoying having to go through all 3 light options before you can turn it off.

Excellent mirror, great price
Superior quality Hollywood style mirror. Daughter is absolutely delighted with it, and the convenient usb port on the side to charge her device. Delivery was very quick also, item was well packaged.

3 times no charm
First mirror broke down within 2 months. Touch button didn't work anymore.
Contacted service. Took weeks to resolve.
Got a new mirror. Same problem.
Contacted service. Again took way too long.
Got a new one again, stating that it was a faulty batch. Ok, granted. Got the new one delivered with one of the leds not working.
And now that mirror will not go on anymore, just like the first 2.
We use this mirror in a professional setting and have had it. We will not be buying there ever againg and will certainly not recommend.
