Total Scam Artists. Wish I would have came here first. I'm now out $104.00. Impossible to contact these losers. Bad mistake ordering off of Facebook. Never again.....

Ordered 2 items thru facebook and received the cheapest version knockoff product from China. Customer service would not resolve the issue and they offered me a discount on my next purchase…like that is ever going to happen. Fraudulent company. Do NOT purchase anything from them.

Received a leisure outfit that doesn’t fit correctly! Wanted to return it but there is no info on where to send it so I wrote an email and the response was that it is not a valid email and then I called the number and it is not a working number! This “company” is a total sham! Do not buy anything from them

The biggest rip off you ever seen I purchased for retractable ratchet straps and what they send me was a joke and only sent me two of the piece of crap straps not even four beware of this company

The garland I received is about 5 1/2 ft in length and hardly any green branches on a sad looking wire. DO NOT BUY!

This company is a total joke. It's products are of the lowest quality I've ever seen. The engine I bought was of such poor casting and paint that my grandson who's 8 could do a better job. When emailed about quality, thay said I could return it to China at a cost of as much as it cost. Do not buy anything from Brightbuy!!!

Total scam. Item was advertised through Facebook sales page as Rhino brand retractable strap. What arrived was cheap, generic strap from China. Upon complaining, they offered me 30% off but no return or refund. Wish I researched here first.

I would give less than one but is not possible. This company is a scam. They sent me a Chinese product that may cost $2 when I pay $30. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!. The video is a complete misrepresentation of the product.

Purchase from an ad for $29.99 Plexiderm. Received a Chinese knockoff. Complaint and request for a refund unsatisfactory. Would only refund $4.50 of the price. I was scammed out of $25.

Bought a product thru Instagram, believing I was getting a popular brand. Product took almost one month to arrive and it was not what I ordered. I have been going back & forth with ‘customer service’ wanting my money back for a product that I did not order, nor works! They have offered me a 10% refund for a $35 purchase. Utterly ridiculous!

I would give zero.. I ordered Ai panda.. stuffed animal came that is so cheaply made.. I won’t even gift it to my granddaughter who I got it for.. these scams are truly sad .. I don’t know how people live with themselves.. money is the evil of all greed.. They will answer to higher powers in the end.. may the good lord give them what they deserve..

I ordered an under eye tightener that claimed to be a well known brand. It said it would be coming from GA. Came from China over a month later and I had to pay $7.60 for shipping when dropped off by USPS. The product had a different name, smelled like lotion, was not the color described on the box and did not work at all. I contacted the company who did respond; said I shouldn’t return for a refund because it will have to travel to Asia and that would cost me a lot. They said they’d refund me 15% but I stopped responding because at this point I knew it was a scam and no longer wanted to speak with them. I felt I would never receive any kind of refund. I contacted BBB and they said I should write a complaint or leave a review but there’s no where to do so. This operation is a huge scam that needs to be stopped.

I just got my order after a month and it is totally NOT what they said it would be!

They sent me stuffed panda bears that are supposed to be AI activated. They’re nothing but a stuffed animal you could buy at the Dollar Store!!!

I really want to swear right now, but I won’t.
