We ordered remote sensors backup lights for $64.90. We were sent regular lights that we could have bought at our local hardware store. I reported this issue on PayPal and emailing the company and all they want to do is give me a partial refund. Like this was my fault. 7 emails back and forth and still no refund.
Also when I had to go pick up my package I had to pay an additional $13.30 shipping fee.
What a scam.
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THUS COMPANY AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THEM

This is a Chinese scam. I ordered from on Facebook.

I purchased the light up bats for halloween for $28.00. I received plastic bats with no lights. I could have saved my money by going to the dollar store and getting the same thing only cheaper! When I contacted the company they offered me 30% off my next purchase. NOT!!!!
Please be aware of what you buy from Brightbuy....it's a scam.

I never received my product. Requested refund and they keep telling me they are updating payment system and it’s affecting their refund portal. BULL! This company is a joke. Still waiting for regund and it’s been a month. SCAM COMPANY!!

They need to shut down this company. After more than a month and i finally received my order and it’s not the eye tightened that they published. Beware and don’t purchased anything from them. They are deceiving people.

Bought of this company though Facebook, absolutely do not buy from this Brightbuy scam company. They advertise an item that is different what was sent then offered a 50% refund that I didn't receive.
, in this case was a satellite connection modem, sent a standard wired one.

Wish I could give no stars!! Wish I had read the reviews before I wasted $20++. This crap took a month to get from China to the US.
I was offered 20% off my next purchase because of it taking so long. I was told although it was still in the slow boat from China, that the order couldn’t be cancelled. The product has a horrible color and does nothing! Zip, Zilch, Nada! Now, the hassle to get a refund…Don’t buy from this company—it’s a scam run by con men!

I bought through facebook ad a face tightener that absolutely does nothing and is a scam as the video they show is not the product you will get! I am trying to get any kind of refund back and I am getting a run around! Time for the better business bureau to shut him down!!

Did not receive the product they sent me a led light with wires hanging out of it I could have bought for $9.99

I ordered an eye tightener for bags under the eyes. After a month, my package finally came and it was another tube of some junk and they called in a face tightener - looks like Vaseline in the tube. They offered me 30% off my next order from their website. After reading these reviews - I think NOT!! Scammers. Bait and Switchers!

As a previous person has said. I ordered the Peter Thomas Roth instant Firmx skin cream. I have instead received an unknown brand with a strange little brush. Took ages to come and return address is in Cannock. The company was also called Aurexcapital. They have offered me 40% refund as their return address is in China! Such a scam company.

Tried to purchase the Peter thomas Roth eye tightened an got a completely different product . They only offer up at a 30% discount even tho it was false advertising when they copied a video featuring the Roth product. Must pay high shipping to return.

Ordered retractable rachet straps and received super cheap regular ones. They said it would cost more to return them than they cost to begin with.

I wish I had read the reviews here before I gave away $25. Still have not even received my order after getting a bogus tracking number that told me absolutely nothing except that my parcel had been sitting around ten days in China waiting to be sent to the United States. Oh, well live and learn. DO NOT purchase from this "company" which appears to be located in someone's house in a spare room.

Absolutely do not buy from this company. They did the whole switcharoo when I ordered a retractable ratchet strap for $30 which they initially had a great video and showed 2 ratchet straps that were retractable. Then I got a basic piece of garbage ratchet strap that was not retractable and not even close to what was shown in the video. They charge me $30 for a $2 item that they sent. Hell NO!!!!

This is a “bait and switch scheme”. I also ordered retractable straps and received a different product. When I contacted them they said this is the replacement strap. When I tried to get my money back, they said I would have to ship them back and pay the freight charges back to Asia.

Do not buy from this company. They deceive with their products. You don't get the product they advertise but a cheaper version and with no capabilities they promote. They don't accept returns because they say the products come from China and the shipping is very expensive because of the long distance. Don't throw your money to the toilet.

Made the mistake of not checking trust pilot, ordered satellite router received a broadband router that doesn’t work. They charged shipping when ordered and then sent it postage due. Customer service is as big of a scam as the company. Don’t trust this company!!!
