To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Not a real insurance company.

BrightClaim is nothing more than a call center in Georgia. They do not employ any licensed insurance adjusters of any kind, they simply train marginally literate seat warmers to put incoming jobs into a gig economy queue and wait for one of the tiny handful of independent adjusters that choose to work with them to pick it up. If nobody picks it up, you're screwed.

Calling BrightClaim will not accomplish anything as they simply do not care and rarely even answer their phones. If you find out that a company you did business with outsources their warranty service to Genpact or BrightClaim, do yourself a favor and file a complaint with the appropriate State government office immediately as that is the only way that you will ever get your issue resolved.
