NO NOTIFICATION BEFORE INCREASE AND RUDE SUPPORT

MY INSURANCE WENT UP IN THE MIDDLE ON MY POLICY SO I CALLED TUESDAY FEB 3 2026 AT 4:20 PM TO FIND OUT WHY AND THE PERSON I SPOKE TO SAID THAT THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME YET I AM 65 YEARS OLD AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THIS TO HER BUT SHE THOUGHT THAT IT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO BE CORRECT THAN TO HAVE ME AS A CLIENT SO I WILL BE LEAVING WHEN MY RENEWAL COMES UP BECAUSE OF THERE SUPPORT STAFF NOT CARING I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER 7 YEARS AND THEY HAD DETERIORATED SINCE I ORIGINALLY SIIGNED UP WITH MICHAEL AND WHALE INS BUT I GUESS THEY WERE BOUGHT OUT BY THE WAY I WAS NOT EVEN NOTIFIED OF ANY INCREASES AFTER SPEAKING TO THER ONTARIO REGULATOR I WAS TOLD THEY CAN RAISE IT WITHIN THE FIRST 60 DAYS BUT I WAS NEVER NOTIED AND IM THINKING THAT FEB 1ST WAS OVER 60 DAYS
