Our first math tutor was not a good match for us. We requested a new tutor; the response time was reasonable. We have been very happy with the new tutor, and my daughter has brought home her first A in math class last week

My daughter loves the class it's jst too expensive for ppl on a fixed income...

We always have connection problem, extra clicking noice, echoing, spend more time on fixing the problem then on the lesson.

Great lesson! My son engaged right away and was able to understand the speaker very clearly despite different cultural background. The lesson was enjoyable for my son and I. I recommend this program to all children struggling with the dynamics of reading.

Second week and my kid is loving it so far.

My daughter is doing well and growing in her comfort with math. She is doing better in school due to her tutoring. She is engaging well with the tutor. The tutor makes sure to learn her likes to keep her engaged.

I feel like this is a scam. I had two lessons per week plan. But they scheduled only one per week and lessons I paid for gets accumulated in the account. They still keep charging near $300 every month ( for two lessons per week) on same day without fixing my problem. So I stopped paying…. Now the account is paused and we cannot get the paid lessons that we never did!!!!! We have to start paying again every month to access the already paid lessons.
So basically you end up paying and paying for lessons which never gets scheduled.
The teacher was nice and did the lessons well to match class work. That’s why I give one star,

My son had a very good lesson with his Ela tutor but his math tutor we tried two times his math tutor the first one didn't speak English well and he couldn't hardly understand them the second one was moving too fast and just wanted to show him something and move forward even if he didn't get it and I was not happy with the math lessons at all. And someone was supposed to call for us to give our opinion and they never did.

Could not find my daughter a suitable tutor and I requested to cancel following her first tutoring session. After requesting multiple times to cancel and get a refund for my remaining funds, they continued to disregard my request and pause my subscription. Once you enroll, you cannot cancel on your own, so you have to keep messaging them through SMS. It is like a middle man when you can use sites such as Preply to find a tutor on your own. That way, I can see the credentials of the tutor. I requested on multiple occasions to see the credentials of the tutors or information about their educational background and never received the information.

Christine is the excellent teacher, she explained very good to the kid, she used the good strategies to teach the kid.

My son, who has a learning disability, is fully enjoying his math lessons. The teacher/tutor along with the lessons are amazingly engaging to him. I am satisfied with the lessons so far and glad I made the right decision.

Tutor are verry nice. The platform is easy to use and navigated.
My daughter has improved her reading since starter.

Mark our instructor is so,so patient with my son. and I really like that in him. And Kaeden said that mark makes him feel comfortable!

Teacher Kishan in Math is so great. My son has interest in her teaching lesson.

The assessment with Brighterly instructor was wonderful. The instructor was able to identify my daughter’s weaknesses and made recommendations. We looking forward to continue her sessions.

All the teachers in Brighterly are very engaging. My son is making improvements in both Math and ELA. We have really enjoyed working with Lester and our ELA teachers Andrew has had.

So happy we made the choice to sign up, my daughter hates Math but she really connected with her tutor and after only 3 lessons she is already feeling so much more confident in her ability.
